Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find. Will stay again.

Late arrival at Haneda makes this a great stay before walking to train station the next morning. Hotel had a fabulous Japanese/Enflish breakfast.

I’ll probably will not choose a long lay over anymore, the hotel is not quite worth the price

It was convenient for too many things

Often airport hotels are in the general vicinity of the airport but this one is connected by a short walk down a corridor. Super convenient! Loved that we didn't have to leave the airport or wait for a hotel shuttle. We will likely use the Royal Park again for a future trip. Thanks for making our last night in Japan so easy!

It’s just a perfect place when you have an early flight or arrive late at the airport.

I spent two weeks in Japan. I chose this hotel a few days before departure and will never regret that decision. If you ever depart from Haneda, i highly recommend staying at this hotel before you leave. After a little misunderstanding upon checking in, i was greeted by Azusa Kurogi. The Manager at the front office. My stay was one of the best and everyone that assisted me upon my initial arrival took care of my every request. I'm extremely satisfied with the care and attention to my needs and want to highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a hotel near the airport. You will not find a better place. The staff do the very best to ensure you have a great stay. I highly recommend the Manager is this hotel. She is a great asset to the company that runs these hotels. I will return to Japan. I will stay the day i arrive this time. The place overall has many great things which i will leave for everyone to discover. Made my first trip to Japan most memorable. I thank all that helped me during my stay and especially Ms Azusa Kurogi. Thank You so much for making my stay the best ever 💝

Nice hotel with the view of Mt. Fuji.

The only positive is the proximity to the terminal otherwise I would not recommend. Room was dated, felt dirty, linen was thin and bed rock hard. A very uncomfortable stay the night before our early flight home.

Excellent

As expected, right at the airport. Good for catching early or late flight. Very continent if that is the purpose you are intending.

STAY WAS terrible, as a stop between domestic and international flight ,Breakfast was excellent, But I HATE THE computericed check -in . Very unpersonal.. ruined my experience. Room was dirty. Pillows were old and hart. Place is getting old.

Location convenient.

This Property is NOT a transit hotel. You must leave the terminal via immigration which can take an hour or more. the details for the hotel are not specific and it is assumed it is the TRANSIT hotel. I actual was unable to access this hotel as my transit was via Terminal 2 and i was not allowed into Terminal 3. Do NOT Book this hotel for international transit

We had a late arrival and only needed to have a convenient place to stay for one night before catching an early train ride to Kyoto. The hotel offered exactly that and saved us time. The breakfast was good too.

just what we needed for our overnight stay to catch an early flight. the hotel is directly into the terminal. room was comfortable and clean. staff friendly.

I had a lovely stay, nice staff, clean room no noise from the airplanes. Very comfortable.

Very convenient hotel when catching an early flight from Haneda terminal 3. Rooms are very basic and my room had the bathroom by the window which felt a bit strange. Access to shops and restaurants in the terminal is excellent. The hotel restaurant is reasonable.
