酒店工作人员非常乐于助人，酒店提供非常便捷的自助入住服务，但如果客人遇到任何问题，工作人员仍然随时待命为客人提供帮助。

在我看来，这是我东京之旅住过的最好的酒店。房间里的特大号床非常大，房间宽敞，卫生间也很宽敞，所有设施都布局合理。我在那里睡得非常舒服。酒店很棒。希望下次来东京还能入住东京羽田机场皇家公园酒店。

Hotel ini sangat cocok untuk penumpang pesawat yang terbang pagi karena benar-benar terletak di pusat area check in ke pesawat. Di sekitarnya banyak restoran.

The ambiance and cleanliness is great, unfortunately I got a non-window side so I can't enjoy the scenery around this hotel. Anyway, I really enjoyed the stay because the front staff is so friendly and help me a lot. Thank you.

Comfortable hotel but very difficult to locate as no information provided regarding how to find the hotel when booking, and there are two hotels of the same time - one airside and one outside immigration. Coupled with the language difficulties, it took us a very long time, late at night, to locate the hotel and check-in.

Clean room, nice place to stay if you have to catch a morning flight, breakfast is delicious with a variety of menus. It's close to a new shopping and food area at Fountain Garden, just a few minutes' walk inside terminal 3. Very recommended.

Hotel location is very convenient for those who need to travel or transit, especially for early morning's flight as it is on the same floor as the departure floor. Many shops and restaurants are around the hotel, too.

Kalau penerbangan smpi di Haneda malam hari, apalagi pas winter sangat recommend.

Location is very convenient, it's inside the airport and gates are right outside the hotel. Although I booked the one inside the airport because we do not have Japan visa, we were told that our booking is in Japan side, which is outside and we need to go through immigration. The receptionist is very nice and accommodated us in the one inside the airport which is such a breeze and we did not have to go out anymore. The room is small which is expected for a transit hotel but very clean and complete with night gowns, slippers and toiletries. 👍🏻.

Please advise your client that though it is inside the airport traveller still needs visa because you are required to exit gia immigration.

Location inside haneda airport that easier for me because I bring my baby. Clean and nice view from my room.

The person who checked me into my room was very unhelpful and did not help solved problems. I had to get a manager to fix everything.
