Nice onsen hotel for family in Hakone. Private onsen arrangement for individuals. Spacious and clean room. Nice deal in early July. Happy stay and wish to visit again in the near future.

這個地方實在是太舒服了，我們一家四口在這裡過了很舒服的三天兩夜 ，每間客房每日都能預訂一至兩次溫泉服務，而且這裏工作的人員都能說國語，還有一些能說廣東話，對於港澳台的旅客實在太方便了 ，日式客房也十分舒服，而且還有小孩的角落，一家大小都過得十分開心。

整個飯店都被樹林圍繞 交通方便在公車站旁下車就看到了 早餐非常好吃 推 旅館溫泉採預約制家人可以一起泡湯 房間蠻新的 工作人員非常熱情

Staff was attentive, prompt, and kind. I stayed for four nights; one night I had forgotten to book a time slot for the onsen, and they still made sure I had one later in the evening. Above and beyond. Thanks!

Typisk japansk hotel med tynde madrasser på gulvet, lavt bord og stole uden ben - ikke beregnet til høje eller kraftige mennesker. Ingen bad på værelset, men nede i kælderen. Onsen-badet er dejligt. Maden - aftensmad og morgenmad er meget kedeligt, og aftensmaden i meget små portioner. Personalet er meget venligt og servicemindet.

Very quiet area. Take a bus down to the lake to go for a hike or chill. Not much at the nearest marina but you can walk to Main Marina where all the ships and people visit for great pictures.

Everything was amazing, the staff was super helpful and the private onsen was very relaxing. Would come back if I ever go to Hakone again.

日本語の細かいことはあまり通じない。 例えばシャトルバスと公共バスの違いが分からない。ルームサービスも部屋で食べれませんでした。

The hotel Is un the middle of nowhere and the options to eat there was too expensive. the Onsen was amazing but one use of 50 minutes per day The room did not have bath o shower, only Toilet and sink

Staffs would be trained more to provide professional services, overall experiences could be better if things are managed and operated better it is very loose right now could turn bad very easily.

Excelent staff, going above and beyond to help and provide everything guests need. Super friendly and approachable. The facility is on the bus line to the lake and to the topelines so it is very convenient as well. Plus private daily onsen. You cant beat that!

Onsen was excellent. But they only have private onsen outdoors. No extra onsen. We loved how it was close to Lake Ashi, but if that's not the only place you are going... transportaiton may become a problem. This location is more than 50 bus stops from the train station. You pass all of the local areas and stores. This location has strong Onsen smell, and our room had a broken faucet... It was okay but we will not use this location for our next visit. Dining option is only at this hotel as you can't find anyting near by, and although their food was good, it seemed expensive for what you get. But again, perfect for a short 2-day trip of Lake Ashi and ropeway and some time in Onsen. That's all we did and could do as it was very cold and snowing when we visited.

Great remote hotel. Although, given it's location there is not much to do, and day trips would cost quite a lot of time in travel itself. The room and the service was great. The Onsen was really nice and easy to get access to by just reserving a time slot when you are checking in! The

The water had a wierd smell, the onsen was boiling hot to the point where we couldn't tolerate it, and the food was not good. All 3 of us got food poisoning from the "traditional Japanese breakfast " they served
