My sister and I had a terrible day of traveling, when we got to Yuyu Hakone Suna had saved the last onsen time for us. She was so kind and made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcomed. Amazing service.

The hotel is conveniently located near the the Hakone Ropeway - Togendai Station as well as the Hakone Shrine. Guests can take the ropeway to Owakudani to experience the famous view of Mt. Fuji, hot spring boiled black eggs and souvenir shops, or go further into nearby town Gora where there are many shops and museums. It is also located near Hakone-en, where there is snow sledding and an aquarium for family fun. There is also another ropeway heading up the mountain to a shrine and panoramic view.
