The hotel is quote close to the Samal bus station (around 10 minutes by local bus). The room is clean and tidy. Plus, the staff are REALLY helpful, especially in helping us in register issue. Really recommended. : )

Nice new hotel in a good location. Rooms, although small but have lots of storage space. and quite comfortable. Hotel has a small but nice/ clean spa/swimming pool. Breakfast not included in the room price. Charging for breakfast is quite an outdated concept, almost all hotels, specially high standard hotels offer breakfast free of charge.

Exceptional service for this part of the world. The hotel has a huge indoor pool and sauna, great for winter weather. Breakfast is a nice buffet with various international features.

Excellent hotel with helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, and clean. It's located right across from Abaya Park, so that is a nice touch. They also have a fitness room and swimming pool that they are very proud of. Changing money must be done at a bank, so you will need to walk about 5 minutes in the proper direction to do this.

The hotel staff were helpful, the rooms extremely clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was very nicely done as well. You can catch a city bus to the bus station if trying to get to Turkistan by minibus. You can also walk a few blocks to catch a city bus to the airport or one to the main train station in Shymkent. The memorial park is a few blocks away. A gem of a hotel in the city.
