The hotel is quote close to the Samal bus station (around 10 minutes by local bus). The room is clean and tidy. Plus, the staff are REALLY helpful, especially in helping us in register issue. Really recommended. : )

Everything fine but the prices of extra services are exorbitant for the level of life /cost of living in Shymkent. 9.000 Tenge for a breakfast per person when in the city two persons can have a breakfast for 6.000 tenge, is really out of the question. The same for massage services in the wellness area (e.g. 90.000 tenge for a massage, when I paid for a double room 50.000 tenge). Completely abnormal pricing…

Loved my short stay. Great staff. Perfect location. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast with local delicacies.

Staff speak some English. Beds are comfortable. Park across the street is nice.

Nice new hotel in a good location. Rooms, although small but have lots of storage space. and quite comfortable. Hotel has a small but nice/ clean spa/swimming pool. Breakfast not included in the room price. Charging for breakfast is quite an outdated concept, almost all hotels, specially high standard hotels offer breakfast free of charge.

Exceptional service for this part of the world. The hotel has a huge indoor pool and sauna, great for winter weather. Breakfast is a nice buffet with various international features.

Excellent hotel with helpful staff, good breakfast, comfortable bed, and clean. It's located right across from Abaya Park, so that is a nice touch. They also have a fitness room and swimming pool that they are very proud of. Changing money must be done at a bank, so you will need to walk about 5 minutes in the proper direction to do this.
