Family friendly hotel

Breakfast buffet was excellent

Our vacation in Africa started at the Trademark hotel. The staff were amazing and welcoming. I loved their smiles. They made us feeling relax and comfortable. Very nice hotel to stay at. I highly recommend it. The location is nice, just a little bit away from downtown Nairobi.

Very clean room, staff very friendly, great location and safe.

There was lots of construction noise and conference noise so I requested to be moved to a quieter area. Was pleased when they upgraded me to a suite on the 8th floor that was much more quiet. I was able to relax, work, and get myself ready for a work trip. Breakfast at Harvest is always great, love Pasta Republic and Hero for dinner. Will be back

The hotel provide exceptional services. Right from check in to everyday interactions. Hotel room and bed was very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Trademark Hotel! The access to food, dining, and shopping are unmatched. The staff were lovely and the in-room dining service was great. I loved the spa products featured in each room, and it had one of the best showers I’ve ever had! We opted for a terrace room and it was worth the extra spend. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely ☺️

It is clean and personel are very professional

Location is perfect as Village market has everything you need, and great mall to stroll, enjoy a coffee and refreshments, dine and shop. We found this really handy. The hotel had great service, everyone was very pleasant. We had some issue with the wifi in the room, and we were provided with a dongle quickly. The hairdryer was not working but that was replaced immediately too. All and all great service. Breakfast was great and we even had dinner at the harvest restaurant and it was delicious. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay

Extremely happy with the hotel and the staff. We were treated so kindly at check-in by Ms. Esther and helped by everyone else with all kinds of questions and needs we have. The location can't be beat. So convenient to stay at the mall, especially if you have children. Just spend the extra money and stay here, you will not regret it.

My only complaint is the room shower is not private and the toilet door is frosted glass. this made sharing a room with a friend awkward. I will be returning to this hotel in the future with my husband. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help with anything I needed or just to chat about the hotel, excursions and info about Nairobi.
