staffs were really friendly and helpful

The rooms were clean, it was well located and the owner was great, he helped us out wherever he could.

The guesthouse is in a very convenient location. The owners were nice and accommodating, the rooms were clean, and the whole stay was easy and hassle-free. Would definitely recommend!

The location of this guest house is excellent like 1 minute walk to the river The staff are super friendly I only had two problems with this place My shower in my room was barely warm not sufficient to take a nice shower just quick shower to clean yourself Also my room was located right next to reception and was quite noisy at times

Room was nice and clean. Bathroom had no issues. Air conditioning worked well. WiFi was a little bit annoying, kind of slow and would randomly stop working for about a minute. Whenever I asked the owner about the laundry I pretty much got vague answers or was told I could ask again tomorrow at a better time. I’m not sure if it was a language barrier or if the place doesn’t actually have on site laundry.

A very affordable option in Luang Prabang. The Staff are very friendly & helpful. The City is easily walkable & river-side Restaurants are excellent.

The staff was very responsive and helpful.

Recommended place to stay. This place is a family run business & the host speaks fluent english, so friendly and very `helfpful to you as a tourist. Clean room, good wifi, hot water, so all is good. Even did laundry for me for an extra fee! Friday nights the location restaurant has a musician who plays till 10 pm but not so loud it was bothersome but you can hear the music. Very nice non car street takes you to this home. I would stay here again

木造の家具や壁が飴色で落ち着いた部屋です。プーシーの丘の入り口、ナイト&モーニングマーケット、国立博物館、お寺巡り、メコンツアー船着場すべて5分から10分以内でアクセスできました。博物館にある劇場での夜のパラックパランダンス会場にも歩いて行けます。暑いので昼間は宿にひと休みし涼しくなったら出かけるということも可能。私の部屋はスタンダードダブルの部屋でバスタブがなかったですがシャワーはきちんとお湯が出ましたのでなんの不便もありませんでした。都合2階と1階のそれぞれを利用する機会がありました。2階はバルコニー付の部屋でした。開放感があってWifiがよく入ります。自分のも隣のも冷房やファンの音が結構大きいです。バルコニーは蚊が時々やってきます。路地にあるのでテラスからメコン河は見えませんがソファーが快適ではありました。1階で利用した部屋は2階ほど開放感ないですが網戸付の窓もありました。エアコンがありますが床が大理石で涼しかったし2階ほど部屋が暑くならない、そして冷房嫌いなため利用しませんでした。この部屋はWifi電波が弱くて電話回線も3Gでした。電波対策は2階のパブリックックスペースのテラスです。ここのWifiの感度は良好です。フリーのコーヒーやウォーターサーバーから水分補給できます。ここでコーヒーを飲みながらWifiを利用しました。今回一人で利用しましたが、もし次回利用するなら1階の部屋にすると思います。2階より涼しいので冷房や扇風機の音が苦手な場合は快適です。部屋はテレビやミニ冷蔵庫、ドライヤーもあります。バスタオルもあり。宿のスタッフも親切です。主に朝食無しプランで朝食はオプションでしたが、歩いて朝6時半にサンドイッチを買いに行ったり、7時に通りで営業している麺の店に行ったり、街や通りの食堂で食べたい派なので、朝食無しプランは便利でした。ゲストハウスはファミリーもカップルも一人客も利用していました。色々な旅行客を受け入れてくれるゲストハウスなのでした。

Great stay

This is it chief this is the one. I stayed in 3 different rooms because I kept extending my stay. Each one was different but they were all phenomenal. The staff are wonderful and the area is great. Excellent value for the money. 10/10

Beautiful little guesthouse for travelers on a budget. Exceedingly kind staff. Very clean. Lots to do around. Would recommend.
