Very good location and the rooms look like how it does in photos.

A simple but very clean & comfortable Inn. My room was in the front, so a bit noisy, but Luang Prabang isn't a loud place so it wasn't really an issue. They you direct over to their larger & more elegant hotel, the Burasari Heritage, for a lovely breakfast in the morning, served by a warm and friendly team. All in all a completely pleasant stay.

the building is so cute.and room is wide much. when rooms light was broken,they fix ASAP. im so thankful all.

Chose the Cafe de Laos as is is very conveniently located in the old city. It is particularly convenient if you want to get up early to see the monks pass by - they walk right past the front door so it is very very easy to give alms to the monks. The room was comfortable and clean - all good except the shower which was underpowered and looked like it could do with soe attention. Apart from that a very nice place to stay. The coffees in the Cafe are also very good.

good location..walking distant to most temples and nite market. Restaurants and cafes are all nearby.

Perfect setting for our short stay. We used it as a base to go out and explore the town, the river and waterfalls. The staff were always helpful, the room clean and quiet but the whole town is woken by the early alms giving. We didn't find this a problem as it adds to the atmosphere. We were glad to have air conditioning after hot days out. The cafe was relaxed and served excellent coffee! We felt that we were part of the town, and could come and go easily.

The hotel is in a good location, especially for Tak Bat, but it is very noisy. If you can’t sleep through noises from outside, you probably won’t enjoy your stay. There are lots of noises from the temple, starting around 3:40 am, and you can hear everything through the walls. The hotel is nice, but not a great value. You can find something better for the price

If no one is in registration area, step outside to see if there is a sign telling you where to find owner since he has multiple properties.

周辺ホテルに比べ、価格が高い。朝食はつかないし、１階にあるカフェのコーヒーも有料。そこそこ清潔感はあるが、建物も古い。期待はずれ。それなら、安いところにすればよかった。周辺には民宿しかない。たくはつする道路に面しているので、立地はいい。メコン川は見えない。

1Fや階段にはアンティークな時計や蓄音機があり、いい雰囲気でした。部屋はスタンダードだったので、それほど広くはありませんでした。スーツケースを広げられるスペースはあります。 アメニティーは石鹸、コットンと綿棒、シャワーキャップ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、水、タオル、ドライヤーがありました。 部屋は古いですが、掃除が行き届いていました。スタッフはとても親切でした。PM10：00頃到着しましたが、ホテルの前まですぐに出てきてくれました。遅い時間だったのに、翌日のトゥクトゥクとボートを予約してくれましたので、時間を有効に使えました。また、帰りには、トゥクトゥクの時間変更も対応してくれました。 ホテルの前に5時半過ぎに出ると、托鉢が見られました。朝食はありませんが、1Fのカフェにクロワッサンなど簡単なものはおいてありました。また、近くにたくさんレストランがあるので、困りませんでした。

Too small, old run down with no evidence of future repairs. Whoever gave this place a good review must be homeless! We are used to nice rooms like we had in Viet Nam for $45.00!

チェックイン時間より少し前に到着しましたが、チェックインさせてもらえました。 スタッフから周辺の地図を渡され、ナイトマーケットが夕方6時からあるから行ったほうがいいよ、と教えてもらいました。 部屋はシンプルですが清潔。ポットなどはありません。 wi-fiは日によって速度が遅かったりしたのですが、困るというほどではありませんでした。 暑季の旅行だったため、日中すぐに宿に帰れてシャワーを浴びることのできる立地はとてもありがたかったです。 宿泊者共用のテラスもありました。 托鉢がホテルの前を通るのですが、観光客向けなので興ざめです。本物の（地元の方がやっている）托鉢を見たい場合は、裏通りに回ったほうがいいでしょう。 街中の至る所に旅行代理店があるのですが、この宿の近くにもクアンシーの滝まで50,000kip、パークウー洞窟まで80,000kipで行ってくれる代理店があり、利用しました。書類もきちんとしており信頼できそうでした。 また、朝食を付けていなかったのですが、向かいにスカンジナビアンベーカリーというパン屋が朝からやっているので利用しました。美味しかったです。 最終日にたまたまオーナーがいらっしゃり、日本には3回行った、東京のお茶がとてもおいしかったなどと英語と片言の日本語で話してくれました。 空港へのトゥクトゥク送迎をお願いしたいと伝えると、50,000kipで交渉してくれたようです。

Great location. Just a short walk from both the Night Market and Wat Xieng Thong, yet on a relatively quiet strip near several nice boutiques and shops. Beautiful and large room, with attractive woodwork. We arrived early and the room was quickly prepared to enable us to check in a bit early. The staff was also very accommodating with left luggage when we checked out, enabling us to enjoy the day in this very special town. I recommend Chang Inn.

確かにチャンインホテルを予約したのですが・・・・・事前の連絡なしに系列のブラサリヘリテージに変更されていました。ヘリテージの方がゆったりしていて、料金はそのままなので、特に文句はないのですが、驚きました（現地でチャンインを覗くと改装中？？）。でも、従業員の対応はとても丁寧で、送迎や荷物預かりなど、きちんと対応していただきました。場所も中心地から近く観光もしやすいと思います。ただ、何故か初日だけホテルの無料Wi-Fiが全くつながりませんでしたが、ラオスという国柄を考えれば、ご愛敬でしょう。

We were upgraded on arrival to the hotel around the corner. This is one of the most charming hotels I have stayed in. Superb locatioon, excellent food and service and friendly staff

Well situated with a nice garden, only the car park in front of the new rooms disturbs the tranquility as already early mornings cars come and go
