Bed was two mattresses pushed together so the middle of the bed was very uncomfortable. Ok location a little out of downtown, still walkable. Pool and breakfast were a highlight.

This is a nice old Hotel. However, there was remodeling going on and as soon as we stepped off the elevator or out of our room, the smell of lacquer paint was unbearable. Also, they wanted to charge us $10 for the free airport shuttle.

隣にクラブがあり、金曜の夜は0時まで騒がしい音楽が聞こえていました。他の3泊はそれほどでもなかったです。 広い部屋にわりにエアコンがパワー不足で冷えるのに時間がかかります。 シャワーの水はちゃんとお湯が出ますがやや弱め。 古い建物ながら中はきちんと改装されています。

Very good location. 10minutes ride feom the airport. Ad 6 minutes from the Melong River and all amazing night food joints and restaurants.

Nice hotel and a very friendly staff. The location could be better but you walk to most attraction.

The hotel itself was good, but there was noise from outside all over the night. Very uncomfortable. I changed hotel.

Laotel is portrayed as a 4-star hotel in terms of customer service and facility appearance. However, the condition of the rooms could be improved. The plumbing system is indigent. I can hear the next door's shower and flush. The wall is poorly insulated. I can hear them talk clearly.

호텔의 위치는 공항에서 가까우며, 반경 1~3km이내 식당, 야시장등이 위치하여 근거리이며 도보 이동 가능 거리입니다. 전반적으로 4성에 적합한 시설정도이나, 유리차이 고정되어 자연환기가 어려우며, 룸의 바닥이 너무 더럽습니다. 반드시 실내화를 착용하세요. 직원들의 친절도는 만족합니다.

깨끗하고 영어를 쓰는 직원이 있어서 좋았습니다. 헬스장 수영장이 있습니다.

Love the pool and the surrounding. Gym with view of the pool I find it relaxing.

I had booked a Junior Suite room, but when I arrived there, they said there was no Junior Suite room available. The staffers looked annoyed and one of them was clicking his tongue repeatedly while dealing with me. After all I had to stay at a cheaper and smaller room. In addition, I couldn’t get access to wi-fi in the room.

Perfect place

I spend time at Laotel that we could be so relax.They have Bar,Pool,souvenir shop and restaurant.If we eat dinner out side,can need walk a bit(10minutes on foot)

The hotel is quite nice with incredible service. We got a refreshing drink when arriving, and they made sure to help us with booking transportation for the next day. The building and rooms are outdated but feels exclusive and nice. Walking distance to the night market, supermarkets and some very nice restaurants. Close to the airport. We would have enjoyed the pool having late opening hours.

Nice pool and breakfast was good. The pool was closed 2 of our three days for functions. Also very poor water pressure in rooms. Almost impossible to shower.

Hotel hat etwas den Charme aus alten Tagen, ist aber überwiegend gut gepflegt. In meinem Zimmer war allerdings der Teppich auch noch aus alten Tagen und wenig appetitlich. Einige Zimmer gehen zur tosenden Ausfallstraße - ich hatte das Pech und konnte nur mit Ohrenstöpsel schlafen! Das war eher ärgerlich und würde ich bei einer erneuten Buchung unbedingt vermeiden wollen. Das.Hotel wird auch von Gruppen belegt, wenn diese den Pool oder den Frühstücksraum okkupieren ist es anstrengend, aber wenn es gelingt diese Zeiten zu meiden kann man in Ruhe Schwimmen bzw. Essen.
