Didn’t expect such cosy room and stylish hotel with 5 star service at a budget price. Its a bit out of the way but my experience staying here was great.

New hotel, but elegant and hints of French Colonial architecture. Everything works..ac, great shower, bed brilliant etc. Nice breakfast. Really good location

Hotel très agréable avec un charme rétro (mais parfaitement rénové). Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain spacieuse. Petit dej simple mais ok. Personnel agréable. Service de lessive. A qq minutes à pied du Patuxai et des principaux wat.

The room is so much smaller than the images listed in the photos.

Very friendly and understanding staff, even if you arrive a day late! Breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated in traditional style. Modern appliances. Very good value for money.

The place near to go around the town

Well located but, contrary to advertised, not much English is spoken (luckily, the owner's daughter was home from Uni and spoke English very well). The tv didn't work which (for a solo traveller) was disappointing. The breakfast was a bit scant but okay.

Old French Colonial style hotel charm. Hotel staff was kind and helpful. Stay was okay. Hotel is next to a school so noisy during the day, dogs barking at night if you are on non-city view room. Hotel restaurant is only open for breakfast and breakfast is not a buffet style. Three choices from their menu. Note: This hotel does not have any rooms with "2 bedrooms." Two beds, but not two bedrooms as advertised.

Nice clean and old fashion hotel. Rooms are locked using a key, old fashioned-LOVE IT! Recommended if staying in Vientiane.

The property is well maintained; the staff is extremely courteous; and the srvice is excellent. The lication is convenient. I would recommend it.

We were happy with our stay. The public areas of the hotel look fantastic. The room was a decent size and everything works. The hotel looked pricey, but very affordable. I was satisfied and thought it good value for money.

滞在中のフロントの対応がとても良く、親切、迅速、適切だった。感謝。 たった一つ納得が行かず、腹立たしく感じた事があった。それは宿泊はじめて4日目の朝、8時50分朝食を食べに食堂に降りて行くと、レストランには何もない。アレッと驚いた。前日までバッフェスタイルの食事が用意されていたのに、どうしたのか？ レストランの職員らに、苦情を言い、食事を用意する様に要求、説明を求めた。すると、考えられない、許せない返事が返って来た。 「われわれ以外に客がい居ない。バッフェは団体客があるときのみ用意する」と、言った。前代未聞だ。そして、メニューを持って来て、この中から注文しろ、と言う。怪しからん話だ。 責任者と交渉し、普段と同様の、われわれが食べていた食事を作らせた。と言っても、「卵の目玉焼、フルーツのスライスしたもの、紅茶のみ」。他は「ヨーグルトとコーンフレークの入った瓶を出すだけ」の話し。もちろん、「牛乳とオレンジジュース」も、グラスに一杯ずつ要求した。何と言う事はない。すぐに用意出来たではないか。ただ一つ「毎朝お粥が出ていた」ので、私はそれを頂いたし、体調のためにも一番欲しかった食事だったので、それを2人分直ぐに作って欲しい、と要求した。それも、少し時間が掛かったが、作ってくれた。全て。万事満足して朝食を頂けた。しかも、責任者の男性は「明日の朝もそれで良いか」と、尋ねてくれたので「宜しくお願いする」と、話しが纏まり、チェックアウトまで、満足した食事を頂く事が出来た。 そんな事件？があった他は、80点程度を献上出来るホテルの対応と、現況だった。 コロナウイルスの蔓延対策故、客が減ったのは理解出来る。だが、それを理由に「団体客が居ないと朝食は作らない」と言った理論、説明は通用しない。4つ星たるホテルがこれでは困ったものだ。 悪い印象と、スタッフの親切な行動との相反する二つの現象に挟まれた、理解し難い5泊6日のラオスはビェンチャンの滞在だった。

Breakfast is pretty bad first day we stay has buffet breakfast is so so. 2nd-3rd day only 4 rooms were occupied so they serves breakfast on menu. Ham is no taste. Eggs are so well done and greasy the best thing is latte coffee included not instant. For the room, bedding is so comfortable and clean.

市街地から離れており、道路と幼稚園に面しているので騒がしい。夜も車の音が気になる。トイレを流すと汽笛のような大きい音がする。シャワーの水圧は弱い。部屋の電気は暗め。空港送迎は迎えは無料だが送りはUS5$かかる。迎え時車のエアコンがついておらずかなり暑かった。朝食は肉と卵とパン、コーヒー、ジュースだが卵以外の食べ物は温かくない。 部屋は比較的きれいで広く、エアコンもある。スタッフも親切でフレンドリー。

古い建物だがそれなりに綺麗には保たれている。 WiFiは使い物にならず。朝食は種類少ない。 このホテルに限らずラオス全般に言えますが蚊がとにかく多い。 フロントのお兄ちゃんが女性の斡旋をしつこく進めて来て断ると、一人で寝るの～？、とバカにされてむかついた。 日本人より白人が好む様なホテル。実際私以外は全て白人宿泊客でした。

Je trouve que la propreté est limite, nous avons loué deux chambres. Le sol des salles de bain n'est pas très propres ainsi que les couloirs de l'hôtel aux étages, les serviettes de bain sont parfois tâchées ce qui rendent suspicieux le dégrès de nettoyage de celles-ci ainsi que les rideaux de douches. Mes normes d'hygiène et de propreté me semblent différentes que cet hôtel (étant personne ayant des chambres parfois à louer). Autrement la literie est correcte et la personne à la réception essaye de répondre à vos exigences. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre la première nuit (une fois pour la propreté) et l'autre pour la nuisance sonore surtout éviter les chambres qui donnent sur la rue. Autrement la chambre est bien décorée et agréable car spacieuse.

Great hotel with awesome staff. It’s clean, it has an elevator, room are comfy, and well maintained. It has restaurants around the places but it’s not the same as the popular locations near the river. So you’ll need to take a tuktuk to gate there. Beside that excellent place.
