Great location. Very friendly. Good value for the money

I can not complain to much because this is the cheapest Hotel in Luang Prabang. The location is the best in the Main Street but the higieníc is not the priority of the management. The room and bathroom are not very clean, WiFi is terrible and the TV have only 2 channels in English. The staff seems to be nice but speak very little english. For a few days if you want a cheap please to sleep I guess is Okay. Personally I will not stay there again and I am planning to return to Luang Prabang. Amazing city.

Nice guest house with comfortable bed, good reliable wifi and hot water in the shower. What more could you need? (I stayed right next to reception though so not sure if the wifi signal is as strong throughout the grounds).

Great guesthouse, perfectly located on the main street and clean. However, roosters out the back start from 5:30am every morning without fail so bring ear plugs!

Friendly staff. Great area. But the beds are sooooo uncomfortable.

Très sale, draps troués, bruyant tard le soir et tôt le matin, oreillers avec des moisissures, n' ai pas dormi de la nuit.

The location of this guesthouse is ideal for exploring Luang Prabang being right on the main road through the town, 2 minute walk to the night market and short walk to the river. The staff were friendly enough, but spoke very little English so communicating was difficult and they tried to charge us an extra night when we checked out despite paying upfront for the room. The bed was not very comfortable, the mattress was long overdue a refresh and the bed sheets looked dirty. Good hot shower, although as in most places in Asia the whole room floods when you have a shower. Room wasn't cleaned during our 4 night stay. Limited wifi and didn't really work in the room at all only in the reception area. If you're just looking for a good location then this place is ideal but rooms leave something to be desired.

Great location

Ligger i hjertet af Luang Prabang, placeringen kunne ikke være bedre. Der var dog en SEL larm fra familien der drev hotellet. Små børn der løb frem og tilbage og skreg udeforan værelset. Men rene værelser med aircondition. Super fint til den billige pris.

立地が良く、めぼしい観光名所には徒歩で行ける。ただ、部屋が暗く、水場もやや汚い。飲食店が目の前にあり、いずれも便利だが、長期滞在向き。数泊ならば、もう少し豪華な宿でも良いかと。

Excellent, very nice and clean. owner was very helpful with local knowledge and travel information. Very good friendly staff. Cannot be beat in this price range.

Just the job for an overnight stay for the price.
