ホテルは古びているが、まあ満足。シャワーも水量が少ないが、お湯がでる。WIFIバッチリ。ただクーラーがボロボロ。ほこりだらけでカビ臭く使えなかった。

Great place to stay

Property need update, bathroom door not working dirty and bathroom is very small. If you are looking just for place to sleep it great, but don’t expect anything more. Break is very limited, only few dishes and they don’t keep the foods warm.

Wonderful property with a clean modern room. The staff was exceptionally helpful, professional and kind. Breakfast is made to order and excellent. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and some of the city tourist spots. There are always tuktuks parked right out front for the more distant spots. Highly recommend, this is a great location!

The hotel have seen its better day. furniture aged and first room allocated have heavy cigarette smell, hard bed and very poor TV reception. I was updated to a bigger room but which is better but furniture are old. No toiletries provided and water puddle in the room which cannot find the source. Regular pungent smell occasionally appear, usually at night.

The staff were excellent although some were limited in english. Had a problem upon checking. The room size was not the same as in the website. 20 m2 was more likely instead of 30 m2 as in the website of deluxe corner room. I don't think it was deliberate. Hotel location is good and within 10 minute walk from night market and presidential palace. The sewage system was not good. Probably the area as a whole. The bedroom, especially the bathroom, did not smell good. We thank the property for sending us to the airport for free.

Stay was good. The room service could improve a little. Manager was great - really looked after us.

밤12시에 도착했는데, 숙박업소 실수인지..방이 없다고 바로 길건너의 비슷한 규목의 호텔에서 묵게 되었지만, 직원의 너무 미안해 하는 표현과 친절한 대응에 불편없이 지냈어요. 가격 대비로는 만족스러운 숙소였어요.

Un hotel muy descuidado con un servicio igual de descuidado. Le falta renovación.

観光に便利な場所で何処に行くのも便利でした。有名なplazaホテルの直ぐ近くで いろいろ使わせてもらった。スタッフはフタッフはフレンドリーで親切。余分なタオルもくれました。シャワーとトイレの境がなくビショビショになるのが困ります。全ての部屋はこのタイプでした。少し良い部屋にしてくれ、帰りの飛行場への送りサービスしてくれました。

Functional, placed in a good location to the night market, and Mekong promenade. The staff were friendly and place was clean. Not the most comfortable, and you could smell the smoking from the terrace. Hotel reception is oddly placed back from the restaurant you need to walk through.

Friendly staff and hotel locate at city centre. Leave early morning at 5.30am, they prepare breakfast for us to take away. :)

Hôtel propre et confortable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Quartier agréable et tout près du centre.

สะอาดพนักงานยิ้มแย้มดีมากให้ข้อมูลต่างๆได้ดี โรงแรมหรูหราเกินราคา อยู่ใกล้ร้านเฝอหลายร้าน ไกล้กับตลาดเช้าสามารถเดินเที่ยวได้เลย คราวหน้าจะพักอีกแน่นอนครับ

ホテルの前に、新設されたAirportBusのバス停7番がありとても便利。

Did not visiting Vientiane for a while. Materially it has been improved but conditionally not to the Vientianeses. Sanitaries are as bad as ten years ago or more maybe. Vientiane CBD is such a small compact and lovely area, Hoping someone will peel the eyes and see the dust. Until then Vientiane will look sad and gloomy.... To add on small comments to improve the hotel: For the Hoel the bathroom is unacceptable, no-one would like to walk on wet floor. it needs to be refurbished. Fake green lawns at the front of hotel should be replaced by appropriate tiles. Colours of the hotel should be changed to be different from others. Sorry cannot recommend to no-one for the hotel in this conditions and for this price. Competitors are just around the corners. Hope these comments are helpful and for the better....

One side of the hotel is subject to noise from the bar/nightclub next door. Staff was great, as was the location

lovely little hotel. Jacuzzi worked a treat and hotel was clean and in a good location. There were no western breakfast options the bed was a bit hard, but that was to be expected. Good value for money

A nice and relaxed place to stay within the vicinity of the city. it will be better if the rates of the in-house facilities so that it will be more affordable.
