Front counter wait time is horrible. Ended up just leaving my deposit because they are so slow. The breakfast is the worst I have ever seen offered from a hotel. The mattress may as well be plywood.

The building itself and the accommodations in the room were good and I liked it had a balcony

Super clean, friendly staffs, plus transportation to the airport is plus for me. The breakfast was good. If they have more tradition food would be amazing. My only complain is the bed. If the bed is softer. I would be my top notch for Lao hotel. And throw in the sheet would be other point for me. We stayed for 9 days and never has any noise issue. On the hot day in Vientiane, always look forward AC room.

Just minutes from the airport, right overlooking the Mekong River and going to be right next door to a first class casino that is under construction right now but noise is not an issue. I will go back later this month or early next month and stay there again.

공항에서 아주 가깝고 경유 또는 공항일정이 있는 숙박자는 이용하기 괜찮습니다. 하지만 공항근처에 있는 대부분의 호텔에서 하는 24시간 픽업서비스를 11시까지만 가능해서 11시 이후에 도착하는 이용자들은 택시타거나 걸어서 이동할 수 밖에 없습니다.

All the staffs are awesome and helpful. The hotel is right in front of the airport exit making it super convenience. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant offer a variety of tasty dishes at a very reasonable price.

I love this hotel. This is my second time to stay there. I will always stay there when I go to Laos. It’s his convenience the services very good. The staff speak very fluent English. They were very helpful with everything I need.

This is by far, one of the best hotels that I stayed at in Leo very close to the airport. Very great service shuttle to the airport. Very nice beautiful beautiful place.

The cleanliness of the property.

If you’re here for one day on business, I need proximity to the airport. It’s an excellent location. Additionally it’s a very nice room with a very nice view. However, the hotel in general is very stale no energy no local feel and nothing close for dining or drinking the price value, I thought was very good, the room was huge. The bed was comfortable, even though hard many people don’t like that I love it. I would not stay here again, only due to what I was trying to accomplish in the city, which was more touristy versus business if I was there on business. I would certainly stay there .

The staff was very polite and knowledgeable and actually spoke some English. I went to the restaurant at 9:00 at night to get something to eat after a long day and I was amazed at how good the food was. The room was spotless.

Excellent hotel and friendly staff.

It is within walking distance from the airport and very clean and the staff is friendly. The food is, of course, excellent. Unfortunately, there is a lack of amenities around the hotel.
