Simple and good hotel, enough for a stay but some points: shower head was weak power, the rain shower almost was not working. The bathroom sink was clogged. The balcony faces the neighbor roof and windows so there is no view. The breakfast was simple but I believe enough, a deuitsv Latter with juice , coffee/tea, bread and jam/ butter. The hotel is in a calm area of the city. For someone looking for a quiet place, it is good. Some restaurants around at a walking distance and close to the night market and Main Street.

Would not stay here again. The listing advertises a pool and charges that rate. There is no pool. Great confusion on check in and when we had to extend our stay. Our online booking could not be found. We later realized the computer monitor at reception is not working. Phone calls had to be made to someone who apparently does have the online booking. The reception staff range from incompetance to disinterest. Dont look to them for any value added experience. Lots of other places to stay in town. However, the rooms are very nice and the location is convenient.

The hotel could have got 5 stars if I would not have had the cigarettes smoke in the room each time when the neighbors were smoking on their balcony. The window on the right side of my balcony could not close hence noise and smoke were not enjoyable while sleeping. For the rest the hotel is a great option, nice location, good facilities and very friendly staff.

Located along a quiet street and overlooking the Nam Khan river. Very peaceful and enjoyable stay. Nice and relaxing 8-10 minutes walk into the night market, Royal Palace, and Mount Phousi. We loved how comfortable and homely our rooms were. Added bonus was the nice balcony overlooking the river and simple breakfast in the morning. Staff were always helpful and greeted us with a smile. Definitely would recommend this place.

This hotel is in a great area in the old town and overlooks the river, with a lovely view for breakfast. The breakfast area is quite small though and even though there are umbrellas, due to the angle of the sun at that time, it’s very hot to sit out and eat breakfast and there is no where else to eat it. Aside from that my stay was comfortable and I was pleased to receive free water bottles each day when the room was serviced.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, camera spaziosa con vista sul fiume, in zona tranquilla ma a due passi da tutte le zone di interesse. Colazione favolosa servita volendo anche sul proprio terrazzo. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta.

A lovely little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. On the quiet side of the peninsula and only minutes walk from all the important sites and restaurants. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning was relaxing. Room is a good size, clean, a comfortable bed and nicely fitted bathroom (with rain shower). Would definitely return.

Overall very nice place to stay, i would stay here again

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel had a good location and was right by the river. However, the river view front is misleading since there are trees that effectively block your review. Plus we were on the first floor. The main negative is it's too pricey for the quality of the hotel.

overpriced but relaxing

Gepflegte Zimmer, sehr viel Holz was das Ganze sehr gemütlich macht. Modernes, sauberes Bad. Netter Balkon. Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Chef, sowie auch das ganze Personal. Wir waren jetzt zum 3. Mal dort und es war immer sehr angenehm in diesem Haus.

We loved Luang Prabang and this small hotel is in a quiet location in the town but within easy walking distance to everything. Our room was large and had a verandah overlooking the Nam Khan River which we found very charming. We would only recommend a room facing the river however. The beds were quite hard and we did ask for, and receive, softer pillows.

Mitten in der Altstadt gelegenes kleines Hotel direkt an der Ringstr., Zimmerausstattung komplett in Holz gehalten. Fenster und Türren schliessen nur dürftig. Zimmer zur Strasse hin wegen schlecht schliessender und verzogener Fenster laut. Frühstück a la Cart jedoch mit richtigem Kaffee. Zimmer nach hinten raus zwar ruhiger aber einfacher gestaltet. Probleme scheint es allgemein mit den Abflussgerüchen im Hinteren Gebäude zu geben. Roch immer sehr unangenehm. Klimaanlage funktionierte bei uns nicht und wurde trotz zusage nicht innerhalb eines Tages repariert, daraufhin wechselten wir das Zimmer.
