The hotel is in a great location, rooms are clean and breakfast is very good. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. It was my partners birthday and they left a bottle of fizz for us in the room which was unexpected but a nice gesture. I would not stay anywhere else in Riga.

床坐上去滿硬的，但躺下後是舒服的。
浴室非常明亮乾淨，毛巾也很乾淨。
房間地毯很明顯換新過，毫無污漬。
隔日早餐有新鮮果汁、多種咖啡、麵包好吃、還可以現點太陽蛋；服務人員清潔桌面與捕食品的速度很快。
櫃台人員專業也沉穩，即便行李寄放在公共空間也有人看館很安心。
這是我四訪Riga住過最開心的一次!

we enjoyed the stay immensely! Breakfast offers good range of choices! Service if front desk staff is exceptional. Due the unfortunate situation that my friend had urgent medical need on a late Sunday afternoon, the lady staff helped to locate the hospital, hired the taxi and explained to the driver in Estonian to ensure we went to the correct place.
She was on duty two days later and remembered to check if my friend is alright.
Ww we're touched by this warm gesture.

巴士站對面不過要串過隧道拖喼會辛苦D,10鐘之内到達酒店.近舊城到舊城参觀和食都好方便。

The room was on the low floor; has no air con, facing the main road. We needed to open the widow to sleep but it was very noisy with the trams and traffic even after midnight. We could hardly sleep.

駅やバスステーション、有名デパートの近くでどこへ行くにも便利なロケーション。スタッフも親切で、とても快適に過ごせました。ただ、シャワーを使用するとどうしてもトイレの方まで床がびしょびしょになってしまうので、シャワーカーテンがあるといいなと思いました。
でも、トータルでは大満足です。

Sijainti todella hyvä vanhankaupungin ja mm. rautatieaseman läheisyydessä. Aamupala todella kattava.
Ainoa miinuspuoli oli ikkunoiden ollessa kadunpuolelle ratiovaunujen kolistelu. Toki sekin loppui yön ajaksi.

Gran hotel, personal muy atento y muy educado!!! En la habitación tienes hasta zapatillas, todo un detallazo!! También tienes loción corporal, champú, gel y sobretodo flipé, hasta acondicionador de pelo!!
El hotel en si, muy bonito tanto por dentro como por fuera!! Cerca de muchos puntos turisticos, sin duda, repetiría!!

Sehr schönes zentral gelegendes Hotel.
Man kommt schnell zu Fuß in die Innenstadt & Nahverkehrsmittel sind fast direkt vor der Tür.
Der Service war sehr gut. Sehr freundliches & hilfsbereites Personal.
Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt & kommen gerne wieder.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel. Anhand der Lage Till um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Aber auch per Bus und Bahn hat man aufgrund des gegenüber liegenden Bahnhofs eine gute Anbindung. Straßenbahn in schön laut wenn man mit geöffnetem Fenster Schlafen möchte.
Zum Frühstück hatte ich mir eine andere Auswahl an Brot gewünscht, teilweise dauerte es länger das fehlende Sachen nachgelegt wurden.

Breakfast was very good, staff was extremely friendly. Location was perfect but traffic was loud. It got better at the night time, so we slept well anyway.
