The hotel was nice, staff are kind, helpful and beautiful. ;)

炎熱的夏天不宜入住，房間只有一個小窗，沒空調，只提供微弱的風扇，空氣不流通。被安排的房間與其他房間分開，好像潛建在梯間。房間內的擺設與提供的相片嚴重不符，空間變小，用具陳舊，沒法擺放大型行李，大失所望。

Nice staff, good location (5 min walk from the main coach station), rooms are clean, bathroom is big. Breakfast are very nice! Spa has to be improved. The steambath is too weak.

洗手間有臭味傳出。零度天氣都要打開窗吹。連最基本熱水煲都不提供，想借熱水煲要另外收費，令人反感。

It is not too far from the shopping and sight seeing area. If you have big suitcase, it is a bit far from the coach bus station and the road to the hotel is not very smooth. The reception is good and helpful. We are arranged to the highest floor and the corner room of it. The door is irregular and so dose the room. Maybe I am not use to sleep at the rooftop level, I don't really like it especially the view from my room. And the ventilation is not ok also. Don't mention there was a dinning car from the other room in front of our door for a whole night.

房间非常干净，距离火车站和汽车站都很近，去哪里都方便，对面就是24小时超市，购物中心，旁边就是麦当劳，给我安排其实是六层顶层房间，下午西晒有点热但是阁楼的布局对我来说很新奇。服务员都很友善，自助餐厅有点旧，SPA尝试了，设施不错，但手法一般吧。如果房间内提供热水壶就更好了。

Et fint og bra hotel som jeg vil anbefale . Hyggelige folk og kort vei til sentrum. Origo kjøpesenter ligger like ved.( 3 min å gå unna ). Jeg booker meg inn på dette hotellet neste gang også.

Rent rom, trivelig betjening, sentralt plassert ift jernbane, kjøpesenter og gamlebyen

Good location nice atmosphere and friendly staff

Som jag förstod det, har Riga centralvärme, som inte hade startats upp inför hösten. Det innebar att hotellet var kallt, Golvet i badrummet var iskallt. I övrigt har hotellet ett bra läge och personalen var vänlig och tillmötesgående.

All went well, the staff was very helpful.
