炎熱的夏天不宜入住，房間只有一個小窗，沒空調，只提供微弱的風扇，空氣不流通。被安排的房間與其他房間分開，好像潛建在梯間。房間內的擺設與提供的相片嚴重不符，空間變小，用具陳舊，沒法擺放大型行李，大失所望。

Nice staff, good location (5 min walk from the main coach station), rooms are clean, bathroom is big. Breakfast are very nice! Spa has to be improved. The steambath is too weak.

洗手間有臭味傳出。零度天氣都要打開窗吹。連最基本熱水煲都不提供，想借熱水煲要另外收費，令人反感。

It is not too far from the shopping and sight seeing area. If you have big suitcase, it is a bit far from the coach bus station and the road to the hotel is not very smooth. The reception is good and helpful. We are arranged to the highest floor and the corner room of it. The door is irregular and so dose the room. Maybe I am not use to sleep at the rooftop level, I don't really like it especially the view from my room. And the ventilation is not ok also. Don't mention there was a dinning car from the other room in front of our door for a whole night.

房间非常干净，距离火车站和汽车站都很近，去哪里都方便，对面就是24小时超市，购物中心，旁边就是麦当劳，给我安排其实是六层顶层房间，下午西晒有点热但是阁楼的布局对我来说很新奇。服务员都很友善，自助餐厅有点旧，SPA尝试了，设施不错，但手法一般吧。如果房间内提供热水壶就更好了。

Centralt, alldeles vid tågstationen. Vi fick gratis vatten och valfria läsk som välkomstbonus samt rabatt i baren.

Frukost riktigt bra. Rummet bra storlek. Trevlig egen liten bar/pub. Fick ett rum mot innergård (det var ok) - dock var det mycket varmt - de hade ställt in fläkt på rummet som hjälpte. Duschen var ganska oskyddad, så det blev ganska blött i badrummet.

Nice enough place. But no air conditioning for a 4 star hotel?

Very cool historic hotel. I enjoyed my stay alot. Though be careful it can get quite warm during summer as the air-conditioning breaks often.

Dårlig med blending fra vindu. Altfor lyst når man skal sove. Ingen Ac.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt zu empfehlen da es sehr zentral liegt sowohl in die Innenstadt als auch die Anbindung zum Flughafen sind hervorragend das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut auch das Zimmer war für uns okay. Insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Mooi hotel aan de overzijde van het station. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt voldoende gevarieerd. Dicht bij de oude stad, alles is makkelijk te belopen. Had een probleem met de waterdruk in de douche, werd meteen opgelost. Goede service.
