里加塔林酒店

地點有點遠，附近也比較寧靜，但近火車站。早餐非常豐富

整體步入酒店及房間感覺清潔、前台服務員有禮貌、只是我們兩人入住3晚、只有一個浴帽、整污糟咗都沒有再更換、可能習慣了泰國及日本酒店的服務有小小不習慣吧、另早餐是可以的。

The check-in process was fairly disappointing upon being provided with a room it was obvious that the room had not been clean properly as the carpet was clearly unclean and the shelving and sidetables has visible dust present. So I went back to the reception and as for an alternate room which was provided however whilst the carpet in the new room was it in a better condition in the first in the room still wasn't to clean to a standard I would have expected. I went down to the reception again and asked one of the receptionist and they told me somebody would be there later that day to clean the room. However, this never happened, so I ask them again later in the day and they informed me that someone would come around the next day which never happened. I had actually ask one of the cleaners on the floor to to see if they could also tidy the room which the lady did which i very much appreciated. The single beds were smaller than the usual standard single whichbwas disappointing. Whilst there was a reasonable variety of food on the menu none of the heated food served was hot which was disappointing, the scrambled egg tasted odd with somewhat of almost of plastic smell and taste to it. Also in the elevators there images of a the breakfast which appear including items such as fried eggs and sausages, which aren't miniature frankfurters/hotdogs. However neither of these items were actually available. Jacuzzi was sloghtly disappointing as the water was barely lukewarm.

Saknade golvvärme i badrummet. Frukosten var lite tråkig. Hade önskat nybakat bröd.

Rummet luktade avlopp. Det kan såklart hända vilket rum som helst, men när man påpekar det vilket gjordes flera gånger så brukar problemet åtgärdas, alternativt brukar man få byta rum. Men här hände inget, ingen åtgärd. Inte heller något slags kompensation

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spotless. Breakfast was nice and till 11am on a weekebd. 10 minite walk intot he old towb

Bra personal. Lite synd de ej kunde fixa frukost för takeaway då jag skulle flyga tidigt. Erbjöd endast en macka. Annars ok.

Aamiainen oli todella huono, makaoimme 18e per naama ja tarjonta oli heikkoa sillä pöytien täyttäminen uupui ja ruokaa oli nijkasti tarjolla vaikka qamupala. Aikaa oli tunti jäljellä

Acceptable for a one-night stay, but for a longer visit it becomes inconvenient that the room cannot be ventilated, as the window cannot be opened. The pillows offered at the standard price are of very poor quality, as are the towels.

Die Zimmer werden jeden dritten Aufenthaltsrag aufgeräumt. D.h. bei den Reisen unter drei Tagen muss man selbst für die Sauberkeit sorgen.

Fairly new and modern hotel. Room and bathroom were a good size and very comfortable. Hotel staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great. The hotel was away from the old town but within walking distance. There is a large shopping centre very close but I did not find much in the way of restaurants in the area.

Personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner correct, joli salle de petit déjeuner mais propreté de la chambre insuffisante (plus particulièrement sous et derrière les lits). Dommage car pour le reste, c'est bien.

Fantastic hotel - location & facilities are spot on. It’s close to Riga’s coach and rail stations, as well all major shopping centres, beautiful park and Old Riga. The staff were great and we loved our lovely & modern room, with great view, fridge and tea/coffee facilities. It was incredibly quiet, so a good sleep was a bonus! Will stay again when in Riga next.
