At check-in, I was left waiting while the receptionist appeared to be engaged in a personal conversation with friends. This didn’t create a welcoming first impression and felt unprofessional. At check-out, I requested a modest 30-minute extension so I could shower after completing a half marathon. Unfortunately, this was declined quite bluntly, despite the circumstances. A bit of flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way in improving my overall impression of your service.

Staff were excellent overall. There was an issue on Saturday night with many teenagers in big groups, who made alot of noise ,and which their guardians and hotel staff found it difficult to get them to be more respectful of other guests!!

Location is excellent for touring the city.

Walkable to almost everything you want to do in Riga

The stay overall is great except the poor service of the house keeping. The room cleaning only apply on the 4th date after you stay the first 3 nights. I checkin on Monday and hang the room cleaning card out of the main door on Thursday. When we back in the evening no cleaning at all, but they have entered the room and hang a do not disturb card out of the main door, then put the room cleaning card inside the table. More worst is the shower jel has ran out, I did put a memo in the bathroom as a reminder. But, nothing has done. When I report to the front desk, they only said sorry....this is the mistake by the house keeping team....room can only be clean on tomorrow cause they have off duty. They do said try to find shower gel for us but not guarantee. Then I told her how about to squeeze a little bit from the empty room, I think this make sense. After 15 minutes, we finally got shower gel to take a bath. Ignore this incident, the hotel is super, especially the water pressure of the shower is excellent.

A great stay at the hotel, staff were all great, one in particular was “trainee” on his name badge. Doing a fantastic job. Well done. Hotel is very modern, room very comfortable and roomy. Close to everything you need in Riga, a 5 min walk from the train station or buses to and from the airport. Walking distance to old town and some great food and drink places.

Great breakfast!

What a wonderful hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed. The staff was superb....very professional and extremely well-mannered. I have seldom ever been treated with such courtesy or respect as I experienced from the staff at this hotel! The buffet breakfast was fabulous...the room, wonderful! My only regret was having to check-out and leave!

Good location room is nice good breakfast

Good location of hotel, hotel reception welcoming and staff friendly. Small double room booked - room cold, dated, thin towels and informed have to pay extra for extra towels and pillows. Rooms not very private as it looked directly into other hotel rooms. Overall a safe and somewhat comfortable stay however expensive for the service provided and wouldn’t stay again as not value for money.

Excellent location

Good facilities, comfortable bed, clean. The hotel has a sauna and a gym open 24/7. Friendly, young and professional staff. I will stay again when visiting Riga. The center, bars area is within walking distance .

Very comfortable room, nice modern looking hotel. Very clean and pleasant staff.

Friendly service at check in and check out, close to public transport, though Riga has some well documented issues with drunk people at night around the station I was well out of earshot with a 3rd floor room, courtyard window & air con. Free wifi was frustratingly slow and kept losing it, but I had issues all over Latvia which surprised me as they have some of the fasted internet speeds in Europe apparently. Free fridge and kettle, ample storage space. Excellent value overall.

Lovely hotel, kind staff, central within walking distance to old town and parks.

Thr breakfast was not good with such a price of 18 Euro. Fruit juices are finished 1 hour afrer start of breakfast time and no body recharged them. Limited varity of breads. Fresh fruits were also not enough. There was no daily cleaning of rooms. It happened every two days. Nobody took care of recharching the complementary tea and sugar in the rooms.

Pro: straight forward check-in and the screens going over basic info. Good shower pressure. Loved being able to easily adjust the fan in the room. Included morning sauna and (cool temp) jacuzzi time was great. Helpful staff. Cons: magnetic card so remember to keep it away from your phone. Dead bolt didn’t work for my room. The bed was a soft mattress. (I prefer firm.)

First the hotel has a great location about 10 minutes walk from the train and bus stations and also in the other direction from the Old Town. It's undeniably busy - when I took breakfast on my first morning it was quite hard to get a table! The staff were very helpful. My main issue was my room. It hadn't been properly cleaned and there was a used condom under the chair. Not everything in the bathroom worked efficiently either. I'd come back as the pros outweighed the cons and they were very busy.
