We really liked our stay at the Park Tower Suite Hotel. Excellent cleaning service in our suite room and friendly staff. Quiet area in the evening and close to rarouche, zaytuna bay and city center.
Breakfast could be improved.

This hotel just felt sad. The lobby/reception area is shabby, and I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to check me in, even shouted down some stairs to ask if anyone was there... meanwhile people dressed in gym clothes wandered through. Someone apparently literally woke up and wandered in to help me in gym pants. The rooms are fine, but feel a bit sad and frozen in time. The pool area has not been fixed since the blast in 2020. The breakfast was the worst breakfast buffet I've ever seen. Every morning I would ask for some yogurt, and every morning they would say okay but there would be an extra charge for some yogurt, and then by the end of breakfast realize that I shouldn't be charged for it. It seems the owners and managers of this place do not care about their staff or guests at all.

I don’t recommend this property to anyone. I booked the highest standard of suite with sea view and when I reached there was no availability so they gave me lower and city view room instead of upgrading me

This is a smoking property. So, if ur smoker and \or if you mind the smell, this is a quiet OK place. Stayed there before and it was better when it was a smoke free place.

The internet was choppy or non-existent 100% of the time (forget about trying to download the latest issue of the Economist, let alone the daily NYT or WSJ). Must have complained about this issue and gone down to Reception over 15 times during my 1 and 1/2 month stay with no resolution whatsoever. One time the manager did call me and spent enough time with me to seem interested in fixing the issue but no follow-up afterwards and no resolution of the issue either. One lady downstairs who seems to be the assistant manager in charge when the real one is not there (whom I never did meet) is a quasi-zombie. In summary, this hotel is in a good location with modern amenities (except TV does need some coaxing some of the time) but make sure that being always plugged in to the web is not one of your top priorities and pray that won't need any help from the assistant manager downstairs though the rest of the staff under her are courteous and genuinely amenable.
