The room was nice and spacious I liked the balcony and it was clean location good I didn’t appreciate the cold attitude from female receptionist who didn’t even greet with a smile. I didn’t appreciate no internet in the foyer and spa was closed.

We moved 3 rooms. Dirty comforter, dirty towels. Fridge was broken had to throw food away. Cannot regulate the water in the shower. The vent in the bathroom wouldn’t shut off as well as the water in the toilet, so we couldn’t sleep at night. The smell of one of the rooms was horrible that we couldn’t stay in. Poor internet. Had to cover the AC blades with paper bags as they are not flexible and the air was coming right down on our head( daughter and husband got sick) Staff at the reception are not welcoming at all. One was so disrespectful had to report him. Way too expensive for the quality they are offering. Very bad experience would not recommend this property at all.
