The breakfast is amazing. Location is great, good to walk outside during the night to visit those attractions with a type of mysterious ghost feel.

Great hotel, rooms clean and tidy. The staff were attentive, very easy to walks to the old town centre.

King size sengen var god for de som liker en litt hard seng, sovesofaen var for myk for voksne. Fint utført renhold. Vi hadde også en liten kjøkkenkrok med bestikk og vannkoker. Hotellet hadde en veldig fin beliggenhet med gåavstand til alt vi ville oppleve i Vilnius! Eneste skuffelsen var at det som var profilert som basseng ikke var inkludert i prisen, men man kunne kjøpe seg tilgang i et ganske begrenset tidsrom for 15 euro pr person. Etter å ha lest anmeldelser andre har skrevet var det ikke verdt det.

The overall experience was okay, but nothing exceptional. The room felt outdated — closer to a 2.5–3 star standard. The furniture was old and made with rather low-quality materials, and the space hasn’t been renovated in quite some time. The shower had poor water pressure and the temperature wasn’t warm enough. There were no complimentary toiletries aside from a wall-mounted “body gel,” which felt quite basic. No coffee machine either — just a kettle with tea and instant coffee. The TV was positioned awkwardly, making it uncomfortable to watch from the bed, and the room was dimly lit with very limited natural light (only a half-window, in decline). Overall, it was a functional stay, but not a memorable one. Wouldn’t choose it again unless improvements are made.

Fin beliggenhet ved Gamlebyen. Hyggelig uteområde. Vi hadde suite. Denne var utdatert. Ekstrasengen var enkel og kort, og passer nok kun til barn med lav vekt. Hotellet tett beliggende på trafikk, en del støy på morgenen. Ingen lydisolering. Kloakklukt på bad. Frokost helt ok.

Synes det er forkert at man skulle betale hele 15 EUR pr person for pool adgang, det var ikke tydeligt ved bestillingen og det var netop valgt pga poolen. Hotel super placering

Really lovely hotel, great location. We were only there one night so would have loved to have stayed longer and made use of the pool and restaurant. If we return we will definitely come back to this hotel.

Excellent location and nice facade. Yet, it's not a four stars hotel. I was given a room in the third floor, without elevator!!! I was notified about that in advance, and the staff helped me with the luggage, but it was hard to climb up two floors at least three times a day. There was no water in the room, no slippers, etc.

I recently stayed at the Mabre Residence Hotel in Vilnius for two nights, and my experience was very disappointing. Despite booking a room with two beds over a month in advance, we arrived to find a queen-size bed and a small camping bed. My 15-year-old son, who is 6’1”, had to sleep on the floor as he could not share a bed with me. Additionally, we were informed that breakfast cost 15 euros per person, but we were overcharged. When I asked for a receipt, the receptionist promised to send it via email, but I never received it, even after following up through Expedia. While the room was clean, the overall service fell far below the expectations of a four-star hotel. The receptionist’s dismissive attitude and lack of support were particularly disappointing. Although the cleaner offered to clean the room after our first day, we declined as it wouldn't change the low comfort of our stay. I hope management addresses these issues to improve their service for future guests.

It has a lovely courtyard and place to relax. Rooms are quaint.

Se si considerano i 15 € della colazione e i 15€ di parcheggio meglio andare in un 5 stelle. Hanno spa a pagamento (15 €) dalle 8 alle 18.. solo per gente in vacanza :-)
