房间干净整洁。我很喜欢浴缸。工作人员很友好。位置很好。直通购物中心。房间视野很好，正对着巴黎人。我告诉酒店我们要过生日，酒店还送了生日蛋糕到房间里。如果酒店能给客人免费或折扣乘坐金色摩天轮就更好了:)

This is by far the best hotel experience I’ve had in Macau. The check in was quick, staff very friendly and helpful, unlike many other hotels that I’ve stayed at! Their bar in the lobby is also very nice, excellent food and drinks. Would love to come here again for sure!

W Macau located near the brand new Macau light rail station, just 5 minutes walking through the Studio City shopping mall. I booked the Wonderful King room with Cotai view, the front desk staff did a fantastic job which meet my requirements, thanks so much for his efforts for giving me the request of what I want. The room includes a large size TV, the bed & pillow super comfort. The whole experience with my stay my feeling was the hotel group so organised. 10/10 fully achieved customer needs, excellent performances for all the staffs even with the concierge keeping of our luggage’s.

下午5時左右check in 人不多，員工態度很好，很快便完成可直接上房；但枕頭真不好睡，四個枕頭全一樣， 還以為有軟硬分別！
房間設計不錯，剛好角望到巴黎人鐵塔；厠所比較大，有浴缸，乾濕分離！
近 DONKI 也不錯，還可買消夜零食回酒店！

之後話無房提供，最後比了另一房型我們。
付款時要多收$1000 做deposit，話之後會退回，但暫時未見退回。

pillow is bad, not the first time, this happened for my previous visit to W, i have stayed here for more than 6 times. The pillow looks a tough sponge, and deflated with a sound there. When you move your head at sleeping, the pillow inflated, and deflated again with a sound, that is very annoying to fall asleep. At that moment, i thought i will need to bring along with my pillow. As i will come over Macau for one time in a week for gambling, i like the stiffness of the mattress, that is the best among the others. Hope W can provide a second choice of pillow.

這次再入住這禁煙住宿的酒店，可惜房間充滿煙味，床、枕頭被鋪亦如是，應該是曾經被遺規的煙民住客污染，而酒店也未能做到清新房間的臭煙氣味，所以這次住宿感覺不太舒適。
