W Macau - Studio City

Love the hot tub and steam room. Made my vacation complete. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Location was very convenient. Breakfast was superb.

The staffs are friendly, they made me feel so welcomed. Really appreciated that my room was upgraded for free to one facing The Parisian, so I got a spectacular night view at no additional costs. Will be back!.

Room was nice and clean. I enjoyed the bathtub. Staffs are friendly. Location was good. Connected to the mall. Room view was nice, facing the Parisian. The hotel gave us a birthday cake in the room when I told them that we were celebrating a birthday. It will be more awesome if they can give a free ticket or discount to ride the Golden Ferris Wheel for the hotel guests :)

Our one-night stay at W Macau – Studio City exceeded our expectations and was a highlight of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and every staff member we met made us feel valued. The room was stunning—modern, spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, giving us one of the best nights of sleep we’ve had while traveling. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered beautiful views, and the high-quality amenities made the stay feel both luxurious and relaxing. The hotel’s design strikes a perfect balance between contemporary style and comfort, creating an elegant atmosphere without feeling overdone. Everything was immaculately maintained, and it was clear that great care goes into the guest experience. Its location within Studio City is also a major plus, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and attractions. What truly sets W Macau apart is its outstanding hospitality. The team’s attention to detail, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond turned a great stay into a memorable one. Although we were only there for one night, we left wishing we had booked longer. W Macau – Studio City has earned our highest recommendation, and we would absolutely stay again on our next trip to Macau.

We loved everything there. Cleanliness, designed and all amenities and even the plate and cups are diligent. We specially thanks to the dept desk Eric So, who is fluent is English and Chinese. Shows his understanding, great listening and always tries his best to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. He is awesome and turns on the great experience from start till end of our only one night stay there! Definitely recommended and don’t forget they provide good shuttle services and excellent breakfast buffet!
