The room was very clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was quite comfortable, but the springs could be felt. Great owner, very helpful and informative. The area was very quiet. We arrived on the first day of Ramadan, and there was nowhere to eat during the day, unless you took a taxi to the town centre (7 ringgit, with uber). In the evening there was a choice of two restaurants.

I was absolutely amazed how nice our welcome was and how polite all the staff were. I felt like i paid for a 7star hotel with the service i recieved. The best part was they upgraded us to much bigger rooms for free. I would 101% recommend this hotel and dont worry about location because no matter where you are on the island you always have to travel for all the excursions so please do not hesitate to book this hotel. Very clean and nice bathroom and bedroom. I mean what more do you need!

The Best Severn Motel is a clean, new, well run hotel with a very courteous helpful staff who made me feel as if I was part of their family and ensured I always had fresh towels and a spotless room. If you're looking for a nice simple accommodation, I highly recommend the Best Seven Motel.

Owner Mr Chin very helpful, he upgraded our room to triple bed free of charge, location near Idaman Suri and Haji Ismail Grup, but bit far from other attraction. Very recommended place.

Overall it was good, staff were friendly and helpful. They also provide car rental service, they will pick and send from jetty or airport as long you book with them. The room quite small but manageable. Worth it for a budget trip. Recommended

Here's staffs very helpful and so nice. They can arrange everything that I need. The room so comfortable and clean. The location close Khua duty free area. The next time I'll come back to stay here again.

They provide bilik solat and ironing station. They also provide water dispenser I forget it’s either cuckoo or coway or some other well known brand which is very convenient. Near to HIG and Idaman Suri which I can walk to go there. Oh yes the sufficient speed of wifi and good tv channel. Very convenient for a single room.

Kebersihan sangat memuaskan. Cuma bilik yang dia bagi sedikit sempit. Perkhidmatan kreta sewa tip top sbab dia ambik dan hantar ke airport. Then diorang pun ada bagi info ttg langkawi tentang kwasan dan tempt yg best utk dikunjung.

A great location. near to 7e, 24 laundry, duty free shop that have very cheap chocolate compared to other duty free mall/shop and idaman suri. HIG complex only a few minutes drive. the room is a bit small but we get room for triple so we manage to perform solat in room rather than we have to going to prayer room every time we want to perform solat. their WiFi was very good. but we found it's too hard to park near the motel.

Receptionist very friendly. The room is very comfortable. I requested for 2 single bed but not available so they give a room for 3 (1 single and 1 queen). Very good services 👍👍

I will come again. The receptionist so nice and friendly. They upgrade my room without any charge. The price affordable and reasonable. Clean and comfort. Thanks Best Seven motel!
