Easy Hotel Langkawi

Hotel yang sangat-sangat teruk! Time masuk lobby pun dah bau air kencing. Keadaan bilik yang kotor, channel tv problem, aircond pulak leaking. Time malam blackou hampir 1 jam, lepas blackout air pulak tak ada. Semut pun banyak. Serius sangat sangat sangat not recommended.

Nice Hotel. all staff are very kind. I really love staying there. I also got free 1 night for purchase 3 day 2 night there. I'm so happy. will come back so. hehe

good location near to chenang beach, the receptionist very helpful and friendly. recommend to stay here.

Layanan pekerja kepada tetamu sangat kurang ajar. Bila kita cakap lain dia faham lain sebab pekerja semua warga asing and tak faham bahasa. Memang tak recommended langsung and better cari hotel lain.

Kamar mandinya tidak ada kuncinya, shower klosetnya tidak jelas, kalau malam jam 7-10an suka mati lampu mendadak hampir setiap 5-10 menit. Tapi lokasinya bagus cari makan di sekitar hotel gampang, kemana-mana dekat.

Check in process good enough, people at reception cooperative, location just 5 minute walk to beach, rooms are clean , hot water everything good enough . reception and 1st floor they keep water dispenser also in room 2 bottle water complimentary Now what went wrong --- hotel gallery looks old style, there is no lift , i stay for 3 night, second day when came back at 5 PM room was as it is as we left in morning no one attended room, next the cleaning guy making arguments and want to clean right away or saying that they will go off duty anyway it was done when we came back at 2nd night . 3rd day when we came back at 2pm room not cleaned again we went out and came back at 7 pm room cleaning again not done , so decided not to tell reception & better write here so everyone can know

They just build up the hotel.. Having problem with water and electric.. Water pressure is not same at all.. Exp for not having water for more than 2 hrs in morning.. From 7am to 9am.. Safety is an issue... Food is perfect.. Prepare for breakfast and dinner.. Location is perfect.. Near to hot spot of Pantai Cenang

Near beach and a lot of stores. Easy to reach beach by walking

Very disappointed with the room. My iphone charger and android charger was split into pieces with clear sign of rat chewed something. Also, there’s leftovers on the table. The bathroom was sub par cleanliness.

Siaran TV rosak sepanjang percutian. Tiada buffet untuk mkanan breakfast.

Regret to say, totally out and not same with photo uploaded. TV not functioned as feedback because of raining. Next day not raining also no channel. So many ants inside room and toilet. The door of toilet broken, not smooth and cannot locked. The blanket look like not washed, re-used back. Sorry again as I totally not recommended to stay this hotel. Not hotel level but 'Rumah Tumpangan'. Thank You

最大的房间，距离海滩最近。

Sangat memuaskan, bilik bersih dan wangi.

Hotel clean and nice view but I got itchy when I'm sleeping. The mattress not clean.
