Horrible j’attend le remboursement

Had a power outage in the middle of the night, the electricity connection to the fridge is not separated from the whole room so when you remove your card from the slot, your fridge stops working, the water heater doesn't work and also there was a weird smell coming from the toilet even though it looks clean

El hotel se encuentra junto a una carretera muy transitada, así que hay ruido de vehículos hasta tarde. La moqueta de la escalera necesita ser renovada, las habitaciones son suficientes y cómodas y estaba limpia.

Generally, the hotel is clean and tidy. The service is satisfactory.

The room was very clean and the split system air con was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was close to so many good food. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing much to expect for a 3 star hotel. The room is comfortable. The bed is clean only the bath room they should place some air fresheners.

Unique because my kids loves Avengers actors. Things that I dont like lamp inside the room keeps on turn off suddenly and water pressure become low at night before we going to bed.

The staff sour face , the towel smelly... another else was ok...

Tempat yg sesuai utk bermalam dengan byk kemudahan. Hotel bersih n selesa.

Overall the stay is consider satisfying. The room is rather small and cleanliness still need to be improved.

My first stay there was nice, however, during my second stay, there were new problems. Parked my car beside the hotel and got summoned. Although they claim to be able to help me pay for it but at first their attitude wasnt that good as they forced me to pay when it wasn't my fault. As the staff said I could Park it there without any troubles. The bathroom water on the ground flooded as well.

Small boutique hotel. Room was located on level 2 but there is no access to lift. Small room with toilet and shower. Good for one night stay. Loved the water dispenser for free water refills. Very near to Aeon Kinta City and Night Market on Tuesday.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Provide free Hollywood movies.

Air-conditioning not functioning well. The room too small. Overall ok

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, when hot water shower was used, the steam couldn't go away. The ventilation in the toilet wasn't working. But overall its OK.
