i got a room with smell like toilet after used, even no used yet. no wall at upper to ceiling between toilet and bed. more worse after hours i difficult to breath, smell queit stronger like smell dead rat n dirt water.couse it was 3.30 am, im hold to complain just wait until check out morning.the receipsionist just said why you not asked to moved another room that nite?felt dissapointed, leaved without said sorry.im never go there again

Front desk yang nama Ain tu. Sangat la vouge. Dah la baik, cantik dan comel tambah pulak ramah tamah uolssss. Tak kekwat sikit pun dengan kita. Masa kita check out siap antar sampi depan pintu hotel ala-ala mengiringi I gewthiuuuu. So the conclusions is, bila time check in I dah rasa happy, then bile masuk bilik. Even toilet dia sikit cuma kimak, tapi it's normal la for this type of hotel, nak vasss g la 5 star hotel, I jadi tak kisah sebab on 1st come I had a good impressions bout tis thru Ain the great front desk. Gitu!

I had good price when booking, but not good enough serviced when my family stayed there. be consider again about choosing cheap price don't be expecting everything you will get even a mineral water bottle at 2sd day stayed.

Bilik bau jamban, ada ka buat toiket open kat atas, so bau masuk semua dalam bilik, lebih kurang bilik penjara ja, beza ada katil dan aircond, apa punya tur designer bilik, apa yang ditunjuk dalam gambar bukan picture sebenar, bengong.
