Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4-stars hotel. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. Please be advised that this fee is not included in your total room cost.
From 01 January 2023, In accordance with the Federal Government of Malaysia Gazette Tourism Tax (Rate of Tax) Order 2017, the TTx of RM10.00 nett per room, per night, on all non-Malaysians and foreign passport holders applies. This amount will be collected by the Hotel on behalf of the government upon check-in. All Malaysian Nationals and Permanent Residents are exempted. Please be advised that Tourism Tax is not included in your total room cost.
Please be informed that Rollaway will be charged at RM 160 for Adult, RM 100 for children from age 03 to 11 years old and Crib is complimentary for infant age up to 02 years old.
Please be informed that the M Social Resort Penang does not allow any pets on the property.
In case of overbooking, property will arrange accommodations at a comparable hotel and guest will be provided with a free transportation to alternate hotel
