Newly renovated hotels & really love the new vibes! Strategic location, nearby with shops. 20 minutes to go Georgetown (depends on traffic). Friendly staff. Thank you for the souvenir M Social 🫶🏻💕

This is the second time I book this hotel. Everything is ok but at breakfast time when some heavy food is finished and the staff takes 10 minutes to top up the food. Next time hopefully it won't happen again. Thank you.

Location is good, not too deep into Tg Bungah but still accessible to plenty of food choices around here. Room size is bigger than normal, and with a big sofa to accommodate another adult. Thank God they have opened up the walkway to the beach, a mini beach but kinda secluded and cleaner than other parts of Tg Bungah beaches. Bathroom does not have head shower, only hand shower which is not matching a 4star hotel expectation. Buffet breakfast is limited, even a 3star hotel would have more choices. But the taste is pretty good and they kept topping up. When they closed down Copthorne Orchid and renovated it to become M Social, they should have added a new lift connecting to the basement car park. But they choose to not do that, and the guests are gonna suffer from it. Basement car park to reach the lobby will go through about 40-50 steps of stairs. It is torturing to reach the lobby, probably my first and last time staying here.

great room with seaview balcony. few downside is the restaurant quite packed for breakfast.shud use the banquet hall instead of the restaurant. parking is surely not enough to cater the guests.and beach is not maintained. if these aspects were taken,it shud be a great place to stay. its still enjoyable stay afterall

The staff of M Social were very friendly and gave us some help & medicine for my wife being bit by a bug. The hotel itself is nice, new, and clean. Breakfast was very, very good. The only thing missing was a smart TV. There was a selection of news channels and no option of connecting my phone to the TV or logging in with my YouTube or Apple TV.
