Located in terminal 1 kkia for 520am flight

Excellent and friendly customer service. The ‘room’ is clean, simple and comfortable. It’s all I need. Toilet is clean. There are massage chairs to chill at the common area. Will definitely choose this place again if i have to transit.

The staffs are nice and helpful, and the location is convenient for air traveler

One can rest a bit as the place is fairly quiet unless when guests arrive and start talking. You can shower and also given a key to a locker to lock up your luggage so that you can freely roam the airport in search of eating places.

Wonderful, I would stay there again

A very comfortable night sleep. The staff were lovely and the whole place was very clean. The only tiny issue was the airport announcements were inside the room as well and started at 5am, so bring ear plugs!

Have wifi but when I tried to connect, no internet connection.

환승하면서 6시간동안 묶었는데 괜찮았어요. 캡슐은 1명이 지내기 충분하고 깨끗해요. 에어컨은 너무 빵빵해서 추울지경이었어요. 뜨거운물이 잘 안나오는게, 단점이긴한데 그냥 대충 씻을 정도는 되요.(찬물 샤워하시는 분들은 전혀 문제 없을 정도) 공항 안내방송이 계속 나와서 소음에 예민하신 분들은 비추천합니다.

During the night, the A/C was too cool. I wish there are switch to control the temperature for every capsule or put any cover at A/C in the capsule so that we can close/open the cover of A/C whenever we like. and the water heater at shower room is not that warm/hot although the setting was already in max hot.

Can have a good rest. The female toilet is running down. Got two bathrooms, one of the heater is out of order. The order one,

Good and clean

Quick check in and check out. I’ve got all I need for a few hour stay. A nice option to stay at the airport but not on a bench.

Staff is very friendly and the place is very clean and quiet despite a capsule hotel. The shower room was slightly cold due to centralized air conditioning.

Convenient!

Perfect for a quick snooze after a long flight. I arrived at 2.30am and was in bed before 3am after freshening up. Bed is comfortable and the space is clean. You will need earplugs

Everything would have been good Typically loud Chinese tourists i could not sleep properly.

Cleanliness is on top notch but in term of comfort, it’s quite dissapointing since the pillow provided is very thin and no blanket is provided. Overall it is a good stay for transit.
