I really appreciate that property. Very clean and nice. Location very good, you can find everything. Staff are polite! I’ll recommend for everyone!

Nicely appointed room, very clean and new. There was an in-room washer/dryer machine and a kitchenette. This “residence” is located inside the Banyan Tree Hotel through the same main entrance but a different check in process. You have to call the property managers and someone will come down and bring you up to their office located on a different floor. It was slightly surprising but completely professional and easy. The manager that checked us in gave me his WhatsApp number in case I had any questions and it was very easy to arrange a check out time via WhatsApp to receive our deposit back (I gave cash as a deposit but I believe you are able to do a credit card deposit as well.) Overall a really great location. There is an elevator in the Banyan Tree lobby that brings you directly to the walkway to get to the Pavilion Mall (excellent shopping and dining). From there you can take the above road walkway (maybe 15-20 mins) all the way to KLCC park and Petronas towers where there is also amazing shopping and dining at the Suria mall The at the bottom of the towers. I would recommend Opus B for any length of stay.
