Clean, next to the Imago mall just acoress the bridge

Lovely reception on arrival, clean and well maintained hotel with nice touches. It was a treat to stay.

A hotel forced into a former warehouse or something... Twisting, winding bizarre hallway system... Two sets of elevators which don't all go to the same floors and doors... Generally weird overall... Would not stay there again...

Second stay this time. My go to hotel every time I visit KK.

Nice upscale hotel, very close to restaurants, shopping mall and convenient store. Room was nice and big but all rooms are not the same sizes. Breakfast was perfect, not too much food that people waste and enough different varieties to ensure you dont get bored with the same food, and no long waits to get your food. Grab is easy to get to costing approx 30MYR from the airport. Room was nice and clean and i couldnt have asked for anything better. Gym is on the 3rd floor but its outside and is owned by someone else. The elevators can take a day or two to get use to as breakfast is not available from all lifts. The hotel staff are very good especially those on reception and the staff for breakfast, Roaush (i dont think i got his name right) new staff and only been there for 3 months and the hotel has trained him really well, just shows how much attention the hotel has put on achieving the best for its guest. No problem recommend to friends and family.

Very nice modern hotel in a reasonably good location. Walkable to Imago Mall and a few dining options nearby including one up the spiral stair case in lobby (unfortunately the staff didnt tell us about this, so we found it after dinner, but still enjoyed a cocktail and dessert there after we found it ourselves). Rooms are modern and comfortable. Only downside is the road noise as we were on the road side of hotel, which overlooks a major highway and the sound proofing is minimal.

I love the design of the property! The room, the amenities, the comfort and the reception. Great location with food and beverage right at the building. Near to Imago, one of the biggest mall in city. The room is really comfortable, layout and space is impeccable. The shower is huge and the tub is a great after a long day. The bed is firm and bigger than King (super king maybe?), I just love this place so much this is definitely my go-to hotel next time I visit KK.

Near the airport, and one of the newest that’s 5min walk to their newest, largest mall in KK.

Very good location and walkable distance to shopping mall. Room service forgot to make/clean our room though..

Very well designed, instagrammable, aesthetically pleasing hotel. Had a room that was facing the main road and facing the sun, so room would not be as cold even with the aircond at 16 degrees celcius. Receptionist service was below expectations - receptionist was not friendly and accommodative for Marriott's standard. Requested for late check-out additional 1 hour as flight was later at night, but was denied with lame excuses and an attitude. Bellboy however was nice. Good place if you are just looking for a bed to sleep regardless of the experience, but not if you are looking for a pleasant service and friendly environment.

The hotel is not a building by itself, but shared with many other shops in the same building (Sutera Avenue). First impression outside the hotel lobby upon arrival does not make you feel like a 4-Stars Hotel. However, after check-in at the lobby and into our room, our perception was totally changed. Their service and the room condition are indeed a 4-Star standard. The hotel staffs were polite and friendly; the room cleanliness is good & up to standard. Convinent shops and restaurants are easily accessible within the same building. A grand shopping mall is also just across the road within 5 mins walk by the overhead bridge. Me and my family had definitely enjoyed our 5D4N stay at the hotel. Will strongly recommend the hotel and will consider the same hotel again if we return on the next trip. Please do keep up and maintain the good standard 👍 The only comment we had is the hotel breakfast, which has limited choice and has the same set menu daily. Hope it can be improved in the future.
