I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel that truly lives up to its 5-star rating. The location was superb, providing a perfect balance between easy access to major attractions and the tranquility of quieter neighborhoods. The accommodations were impeccable, with every detail carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. From the elegant decor to the exceptional service, every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The experience was nothing short of exceptional, embodying the highest standards of luxury and comfort.

Very accommodating staff lovely Jacuzzi room with veranda and excellent view of some of Mt Carmel Catherine, I wish they had slightly brighter LED bulbs in room with grey and black in side some light would help participate a bright stand lamp or desk lamp next to the mirror roof top restaurant is lovely

We spent 3 days celebrating my wife’s birthday and the staff was amazing. Breakfast was great and the rooftop bar too.

Beautiful hotel with a truly fabulous roof top bar/restaurant and exemplary service. Staff were so friendly, kind and attentive.

Zentraler geht es kaum: Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut hervorragend, mitten in Valletta und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten – wirklich ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, und auch das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziger Nachteil: Je nach Lage kann es etwas laut sein. Positiv war jedoch, dass wir problemlos das Zimmer wechseln konnten und dadurch mehr Ruhe hatten. Ein grosses Highlight ist die Rooftop-Terrasse mit Pool. Der Ausblick über Valletta und die Bucht ist beeindruckend. Der beheizte Pool selbst ist schön, aber eher klein. Kulinarisch war das Essen solide, aber nicht herausragend. Die Drinks hingegen waren sehr gut und definitiv ein Pluspunkt. Fazit: Ein stilvolles Hotel mit unschlagbarer Lage, schönen Zimmern und tollem Rooftop. Kleine Abstriche bei Lärm, Poolgrösse und Gastronomie, aber insgesamt ein sehr überzeugendes Gesamtpaket – wir würden wiederkommen.

The hotel was excellent - the staff (reception/bar/pool) are all so helpful and made our stay so easy - making a room available to us to shower on the day we checked out as our flight was so late in the day meant we could use the lovely pool on our last afternoon. Food and drink all very good. Location is perfect right in the centre of Valetta - wouldn't hesitate in going back.

This is such a great hotel! The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional! Great location in Valletta makes it so easy to walk and explore the old city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The rooftop is of course such a great place for breakfast. Food and service are fantastic and the view is amazing. Highly recommend this hotel!

We arrived to a very friendly welcome and an arrival drink. Our room was beautifully clean and fitted out really well and a street view with a balcony, no chairs on it though. Position of the hotel was perfect to access numerous restaurants and bars and to get to public transport too. There is a restaurant/bar on the roof however there is limited space so maybe worth booking if you wish to visit as it seemed popular with non residents. There is also a pool which is small but perfect to cool off in after a day of sightseeing.

The menu was fantastic. The staff were very helpful with great advice for restaurants and helping make dinner reservations. The only negative comment was that the room didn’t cool off until we complained and then the front desk turned on the ac

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at the Embassy Hotel. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice apart from a smell of drains, which I relayed to the receptionist. I expect something will be done about the smell. Otherwise, I would definitely stay in the Hotel again.

An amazing hotel with super friendly staff who make you feel very welcome and part of the family. Rooms are a good size with super comfortable beds ensuring you have a great nights sleep. Our shower struggled to get a continuous stream of hot water which was a surprise especially when the cold water came through! The breakfast on the top floor is fabulous with a great range of food and drinks. The views across Valletta are stunning. Whilst not advertised, you have to book a table for drinks in the evening with each slot lasting about an hour.

Customer Experience - Alexandra was excellent and went beyond to help. We had an issue with our room and it was resolved very well/quickly and got restaurant reservation / booking every night. The rooftop restaurant has the best view of Valletta and again the staff very friendly and helpful. Rooftop pool amazing and sun deck brilliant. Final thank you to night shift guy very friendly and hepfull.

Awesome hotel with with very friendly staff

This was the very best hotel staff service I’ve ever experienced. Every single worker was pleasant, happy to do their job and very courteous and couldn’t be helpful enough. They were wonderful and I will definitely go back and hopefully bring my entire family. I will also make recommendations to this hotel. 5-Star!!! Outstanding!!! Highly Recommended!!!
