The room was clean. Some staff members were great. I liked the palm trees and shrubs around the pool.

The hand sink was clogged, the concierge at the resort wasn't very helpful, I tried to make a reservation for Dinner however no availability. I was really looking forward for a nice dinner in one of your 3 restaurants

Great place to stay

good service but got locked out in the balcony. Door lock not working. Got help from a person on the other room who called for help, but the handyman offered no help just open the door for us . Did not fix it or gave us solutions so that it did not happen again. We decide to use an object to keep the door from closing on us as we enjoyed been out in the balcony. But the rest was very good. Enjoy the smiles of the personal.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was respectful, courteous, ready and available to help you. The hotel grounds and the swimmimg pools were kept clean. The room was surprisingly large which included the restroom, livingroom, a very compfy bed with 4 soft pillows, and 2 televisions. We would definitely return on our next vacation.

Personal muy bien preparado, atento y extremamente amable. Las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas - habitaciones grandes y agradables.

Very clean and nice resort. But not if you’re looking to party it’s definitely more calming environment…staff will treat you according to what you pay for. The more you pay the better their customer service is. Check the dates before confirming it changes it to the next day automatically! The resort reemburst you but Expedia sure will not.

It is not the same anymore; the staff are very strict and not friendly. The adult pool, the bar was too far away, and getting a drink was a mission. We stayed for four days and were only allowed to book one dinner. Left very disappointed

Clean room, just by the pool there were cockroaches and they went into a drink while we were in the pool.

Todo bien en general

El hotel está muy bonito, la comida muy rica, la gente por lo general es muy amable, con la única que tuvimos mala experiencia es con la concierge que reserva las cenas especiales, la que se encuentra de 3 a 5, no es nada amable y parece que te está haciendo un favor al atenderte. Los meseros son súper amables, tuvimos una estancia muy agradable.

Room was Clean and Nice, Good Ocean View, Cleaning staff was Awesome. Dining Room staff was Good, Pools and Hotel in general were very Beautiful. Food was Ok, but that's all, We were there for 2 weeks, and not one Barbeque, Only broiled meat, not Grilled, and lots of Fish, Salads were Good. If your looking for a resort to just hang out and relax in the pools, its a great place, but nowhere to go for a walk, The beach shown in the pictures, you can not get to. Not many things to see in the Area. Would not go back to Manzanillo,

Me gusta mucho este hotel, pero algunas habitaciones ya está muy descuidado los cuartos, el aire tiraba agua, las puertas no cerraban bien, había un olor desagradable, la tele no funcionaba bien.

Can’t be better. Only bad thing is you have to leave sooner or later. 💗

This hotel did not honor the VIP status for Expedia. My room was supposed to be accommodated with a bottle of wine and welcoming gift and i did not receive anything from the hotel.. The receptionist at the front desk said VAP status only works for Expedia, and is not honored at the hotel. They would not upgrade my room to a VIP status.Angeles Montalvo at the check-in desk also made me sign my check. In documents, twice as she said, the signatures did not match. She insisted it had to match my driver's license exactly the way it was on there. She then also requested. I emailed her a copy of my paid receipt from Expedia to provide proof I had paid for my hotel stay.. At the time of checkout, I spoke to a supervisor Tanya Vargas, and I explained to her, I was checking out early that morning because I was not satisfied with any of the treatment from the hotel
