Todo fue una muy buena experiencia.

El restaurant está delicioso. Los cuartos son muy incómodos, tienen el baño en el piso de abajo y la cama en el piso de arriba. Nada práctico. Está todo muy aislado y ni siquiera proporcionan algún medio para trasladarse dentro de la propiedad. No me volvería a quedar ahí

The design of the rooms is superficially and aesthetically great. However, it's not really that functional at all. There's essential no soundproofing at all (could hear the people in the next room engaging in activities that shall remain unnamed and could hear the other room's morning conversations clearly). There's also a window with no curtains where the sun hits directly in the early morning. But the worst part was all of the smoke that came in constantly into the room throughout the entire day from the restaurant smokers right behind the building. We could SEE the smoke at night by the light and the smell was very strong. The smokers are turned off at night (I think), but otherwise, it's a health hazard that could turn badly quickly. We didn't report this because we hardly saw staff at the reception and it was a quick stay. The smoke smell didn't get really bad until our last day/night there. Regardless, the staff throughout the property don't make you feel welcome whatsoever. They seem to not want to work there at all. The rooms aren't accessibility-friendly for people who can't use stairs and even for people who can use stairs, there are no railings on it (another potential hazard at a place where the main attraction is a winery, mind you).

Love the distance from the room to the restaurants downstairs, very convenient. I would’ve liked to enjoy the amenities Bruma offers in their other accommodations, like the pool, but they’re reserved for other rooms, which is unfortunate.

Quiza sea la PEOR experiencia de mi vida, la habitacion EXTRAORDINARIAMENTE RUIDOSA, NO HAY PERSONAL PARA ATENDER NADA DESPUES DE LAS 10 PM. Todos los ruidos posibles del exterior se escuchaban como si estuviera al aire libre TODA LA NOCHE, camiones, motos, PERROS, Cuervos, gente hablando, niños gritando.. Ademas, el olor fetido a drenaje durante toda mi estancia. NO SE HOSPEDEN AHI, Hay mil opciones mejores. Eramos un grupo muy grande y TODOS COINCIDIMOS EN EL ROBO DEL SIGLO, al quedarnos ahi. MAL MAL MAL

Revisar muy bien la reservación ya que en el ático no puedes usar las áreas comunes, ni las bicicletas, está bonito el hotel pero está parte es como si fueras a un hotel diferente y así te tratan, la comida en el restaurante muy bien y la cafetería también.

The property was gorgeous. The rooms are immaculately detailed down to the lovely local flowers placed in the room. Bakery is delicious and the complimentary wine voucher was wonderful to enjoy. Don’t miss dinner at Fauna. One of the best meals I’ve ever had!

Después de mas de 200 habitaciones reservadas en esta pagina, es la primera vez que hago una reseña, esta lo amerita. Para comenzar la reserva de mi habitación no se respeto, elegí específicamente una habitación, llame al hotel antes de reservar y pague por ella, al llegar me asignaron otra sin ningúna explicación coherente, solo se limitaron a decir que mi reserva había sido hecha por expedía y asi era, iba con mi pareja por lo que no tuve otra opción que alojarme donde ellos quisieron, pedí el contacto del gerente y se limitaron a darme un correo que jamas me contestaron, unos cursos de servicio al cliente serian muy útiles aqui, no me malentiendan la habitación que me dieron estaba muy bonita pero no era lo que yo esperaba, el hotel ofrece bicicletas para uso en cortesía, tienen 5 todas ellas descompuestas, llantas ponchadas, cadenas inservibles, no se pueden usar, los camastros de la alberca están viejos y rotos, falta personal que atienda las áreas, un par de huéspedes tomaron unas cervezas en a alberca y 8 horas después las botellas seguían ahi sin nadie que pase a asear las áreas. En conclusión, el hotel es muy bonito, pero dista de tener un servicio acorde a lo que publican y asi como aplican los consumos de honor donde el huésped declara que consumió, deberían tener el mismo honor para respetar las reservas de los clientes sin importar si fueron hechas directamente o por una agencia.

Habitación limpia, excelente servicio y personal muy amigable y atento en todo momento , el estacionamiento nada excepcional pero de acuerdo con el entorno muy placentera nuestra estancia

El lugar es hermoso, con un buen ambiente, personal muy amable y completo en todas las amenidades que ofrece.

Fácil estacionarse, el problema fue el ruido, la madera truena por las noches y es molesto, también hace falta una luz blanca. Todo lo demás está lindo!!
