Habitación limpia, excelente servicio y personal muy amigable y atento en todo momento , el estacionamiento nada excepcional pero de acuerdo con el entorno muy placentera nuestra estancia

El lugar es hermoso, con un buen ambiente, personal muy amable y completo en todas las amenidades que ofrece.

Fácil estacionarse, el problema fue el ruido, la madera truena por las noches y es molesto, también hace falta una luz blanca. Todo lo demás está lindo!!

Beautiful stay, our room was spacious, clean and modern. We loved all the amenities, walk downstairs for a meal, coffee or even a dessert. Beautiful stay, will definitely be back. Extra love for the property pups, love having them around.

Room was very nice, light on amenities but the bed was very comfortable. Only comment would be the lack of adécuate light in the bathroom.

The architecture is outstanding, as was our room in Casa Ocho, and the service in Fauna.

El lugar, la habitación, comida, vinicola, espacio. Impecable e increible, una gran experiencia. Sin embargo el personal del hotel estaba desaparecido. No había personal de check inn. Sin embargo, un gran reconocimiento a la señora guardia de seguridad que nos explicó todo muy amablemente, aunque no era su labor, fue quien dio una cara amable y cercana, nos saludaba todos los días con una sonrisa y cercanía.

We stayed in the Ático room and were disappointed by how noisy it was. The room lacked adequate soundproofing - we could hear conversations from the neighboring room, people walking by, cars coming and going, and the morning staff chatter since the room faces the back. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get proper rest. We were also disappointed that the hot water only lasted about 20 minutes before turning cold. If we were to return, we would likely choose one of the rooms separate from the Mercado, as they seem to offer more privacy and a quieter experience. One suggestion to the hotel would be to add a few more in-room amenities, such as an iron and better lighting, as the room felt quite dark at night. It would also be helpful to provide a brochure or QR code at check-in outlining the hotel’s services, as we often had to go to the lobby for information and were only given a WhatsApp contact after asking.

The room was nice however, because there was a second floor the heat does not reach the first floor. It was really cold and uncomfortable. Also, something as simple as orange juice which should be available at any time is only available after 9 am? Not coming back to this place especially for the price.

Excellent experience, pleasantly surprised with amenities not advertised; e.g. guests can use hotel-owned mountain bikes free of charge, to explore the extensive property
