The room we stayed at had geckos coming in at night. They were making weird noises and we barely slept at night. I requested a new room and the hotel was occupied at the moment. I do not recommend

É um lugar incrível, seguro (tem senha para entrar e ainda um segurança toda a noite), beira-mar e super bem localizada! Ao lado dos melhores restaurantes de Tulum, farmácia em frente, supermercado há meia quadra! Nos forneceram uma sacola de praia para levarmos bebida para a praia! Volto com certeza absoluta só não nesta época de sargaço, a cor do mar perde a beleza do mar do Caribe!

Sandra, die Hotel Managerin war wunderbar. Endlich einen Ort wo Kunden Betreuung eine Wahre Bedeutung hat und richtig gelebt wird. Jederzeit wieder.

Loved how close this hotel was to the beach and many shops/restaurants!

The room is small but very cute! The best thing is that it’s right on the beach…just a few steps away. They have lounge chairs or the option to go to two different beach clubs without a cover charge. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Just wish it had a little fridge.

Camera non molto grande pulita. Sei direttamente in spiaggia. L’hotel offre camere tranquille ma non ha nessun servizio di ristorazione o bar, per questo Motivo si appoggia all’hotel accanto Ahau. L’hotel come tutta la zona ha prezzi molto alti.

This property is very safe and centrally located to all the best restaurants and night life. You have a beach that is literally right outside your door. If you don't mind not having room service and restaurants on premise than this is the right place for you. It's very bohemian and quite a little gem of a hotel right smack in the middle of everything you want and more. Sandra at the front desk is very helpful and had a lot of great recommendations. You also have VIP access to Rosa Negra Beach club which is right next door and Ahau restaurant and hotel that's right down the street( about a 4 minute walk). I highly recommend this hotel and we always look forward to our stay at Casa Ganesh

Great place to stay on the beach with a Boho vibe.

Great experience. Immediate access to the wonderful beach. Access to many shops and restaurants. Very awesome jungle themed vibe. It was so awesome. Such a great and very beautiful place.

The sink was clog. Not having body soap, conditioner, lotion was a little of inconvenient. The parking far from the hotel was also super inconvenient. I wished there was at least a shuttle to take you to the parking
