Lovely hotel, the best part is the staffs, they'll make you feel special all throughout your stay. the food and drinks were delicious.

The room we stayed at had geckos coming in at night. They were making weird noises and we barely slept at night. I requested a new room and the hotel was occupied at the moment. I do not recommend

Loved how close this hotel was to the beach and many shops/restaurants!

The room is small but very cute! The best thing is that it’s right on the beach…just a few steps away. They have lounge chairs or the option to go to two different beach clubs without a cover charge. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Just wish it had a little fridge.

This property is very safe and centrally located to all the best restaurants and night life. You have a beach that is literally right outside your door. If you don't mind not having room service and restaurants on premise than this is the right place for you. It's very bohemian and quite a little gem of a hotel right smack in the middle of everything you want and more. Sandra at the front desk is very helpful and had a lot of great recommendations. You also have VIP access to Rosa Negra Beach club which is right next door and Ahau restaurant and hotel that's right down the street( about a 4 minute walk). I highly recommend this hotel and we always look forward to our stay at Casa Ganesh

Great place to stay on the beach with a Boho vibe.

Great experience. Immediate access to the wonderful beach. Access to many shops and restaurants. Very awesome jungle themed vibe. It was so awesome. Such a great and very beautiful place.

The sink was clog. Not having body soap, conditioner, lotion was a little of inconvenient. The parking far from the hotel was also super inconvenient. I wished there was at least a shuttle to take you to the parking

Desde el primer momento, Sandra se aseguró de que cada detalle estuviera cubierto, siempre con una sonrisa genuina y una disposición admirable para ayudar. Su calidez y profesionalismo lograron que me sintiera cuidada y bienvenida, como si estuviera en casa. Por su parte, Amauri amabilidad, respeto y atención a cada detalle me transmitieron una gran sensación de seguridad y confort; no se trata solo del lugar, sino de las personas que le dan vida y alma al espacio. Ademas este lugar es el paraiso puro con las vistas, el ruido del mar y la energia de estar durmiendo junto a el. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que busque más que solo una estadía, una experiencia mágica

We had a great stay at Ganesh and the beach is beautiful. The staff is nice and helpful. Just know that there is a lot of noise all day around due to its location. Other than that, it is a great place to stay at and it is right in the middle of the nightlife of Tulum beach.

The staff was super helpful with directions to restaurants and surrounding things, also very friendly! There’s also a security guard on duty so it was nice feeling safe the whole time. The location was perfect and had access to the beautiful tulum beach as well. 10/10 stay!

Lovely place to stay for a convenient quiet and affordable time in Tulum.. would have loved better amenities like a pool and restaurant on the property but there were lots of options walking distance both on and off the beach

The hotel is clean, conditioner worked very well, very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of restaurants are around, there are music clubs close by cause the hotel is in the heart of Tulum beach but we didn’t really care the loud music. Gomart is close also. You can use swimming pool of Rosa negra hotel which is next door, also art park of ahau hotel is free for you.
