Clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff, good location, reasonable price.

Overall an ok stay. Location was close to condesa but not very pretty directly outside. The room we stayed in was ok after we switched from the initial room, the layout was not ideal of the first one we had (the bed had a window towards the internal courtyard and smelled weird). The second room was more spacious and clean but felt like it was still missing items to make it a convenient hotel. There were no full length mirrors, few hooks to hang towels and the bathroom got very wet after showering.

Ein etwas besseres Hostel! Total hellhörig. Keine Fensterisolierung, die ganz Nacht voller Straßenlärm. Pseudo Design: nur grau und beige, sehr deprimierend! Deshalb: sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

L’emplacement est bien au cœur de condensa Le personnel aimable La chambre est grande Le lit est confortable Par contre, il y a énormément de bruit avec la route, juste à côté et les vitres simples vitrages. Difficile de dormir correctement. De plus la nuit sont fraîches, il n’y avait aucune possibilité de chauffage.

El personal de recepción fue PÉSIMO!!! Nunca me tocó alguien tan grosero , cuando me quejé nadie dio una solución.

Las personas que trabajan casa Nou, muy atentas, empáticas, la habitación limpia. Muy buena ubicación, a 2 cuadras del metro bus. Me encanta!!

El Sr Domingo muy atento y servicial. La señorita de recepción muy eficiente al realizar el check in y con la factura. La habitación está linda con todo lo necesario y muy limpia

Muy atenta la persona en recepción, las señoritas que hacen la limpieza muy sonrientes y atentas, la habitación muy limpia y agradable. Si con unos detalles en los muebles por descuido pero en general muy buen lugar para alojarse, ya es la 2 vez que me quedo ahí y lo recomiendo

El personal fue amable, el cuarto estaba muy limpio. No me agrado que para ingresar siempre tienes que tocar el timbre, por seguridad estaba bien pero desesperaba. Tenía cocineta pero no tenía, sartén, tampoco tiene limpiador de platos y solo había un vaso.

Staying in this property was a terrible decision. My check-in was an awful experience. The person in charge of check-in was super rude (I got 32 minutes before 3.00 PM, and it looks like he was mad about it). The facilities are not even good; the room was only partially clean; I found mold in the bathroom; the fridge is not available; and the bedspread was old and torn. Also, I found a previously used hand towel. I don't recommend this place; you can find plenty of options in the Condesa area with better services and not treated poorly.

La habitación muy sucia sin limpieza y olía muy mal. No tienen ventilación y la persona de recepción me ofendió varias veces y molesto por mi preferencia sexual. Son un hotel clandestino voy a meter una demanda, nadie merece el servicio y trato que me dio este individuo

This place is misrepresent. This place is old full of stains, bed sheets are not crisp, the kitchens are not functional without proper utensils and to top it off , there are cockroaches.
