The hotel is nice from the outside I didn’t like the parking lot because is not in the hotel,you need to cross the road and is dangerous and is for two hotels,kitchen drawers were falling apart,the first day the bathroom didn’t have towels,they have too many rules,and some of the stuff in the front desk were rude,Imary was the only lady who was nice in the front desk,

Miss a lot of marks but if asked theyvare very responsive to your needs. Hotel is older in one of the best beach front areas in MZT. A plan to renovate would be beneficial for the hotel and quest. Attendent Carlos in the Vacation club area was super attentive to the guests needs. Hotel was quiet during my 3 weeks.. Could do with a better marketing plan to increase business. Better room deals would bring more people to the resort.
