La cafetera que estaba en mi habitación no servía , tuve que solicitar la cambiarán , el agua salía con mucha presión del lavabo y se mojaba todo , el servicio a cuarto muy lento

In general the hotel was clean and they had good service; however, we stayed 3 days and the housekeeper did not do our room because she would showed up in the afternoon when we were already back in the room. It wasn’t until the last day that she explained that if we needed room service to clean in the mornings we would had need to ask the front desk and she would have come and do it in the morning and not in the Afternoon. I think this bit of information would’ve been a lot helpful if they would’ve told us when we checked in and not at the end of our journey.

Jeremias and Wendy truly made us feel at home — their warmth and attention to detail went above and beyond our expectations. They took excellent care of us throughout our stay. I would have gladly given this experience a full 5-star rating, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive the city-view room we had booked. Instead, our room faced the parking lot. To make up for the inconvenience, the hotel offered us a complimentary drink per person each day. However, instead of receiving three drinks daily for our group of three, we were only given two. Despite this issue, Jeremias and Wendy’s outstanding service made our stay memorable.
