Suite Junior, enorme, limpieza ligeramente no tan detallada y no me gustaría decir deficiente porque no lo es pero si ligeramente descuidada en detalles.

El personal muy amable, la habitacion de muy buen tamaño, pero se ve descuidado y el desayuno bufete no es bufete, solo hay un poco de fruta con avena , pan duro, que ni poniendolo en el microondas dejo de estar duro. Habia chilaquiles pero no estaban buenos y un omelet con champiñones crudos . En fin fatal la comida y carisimo el desayuno $320 por persona.
Sinceramente no regresaria a este Hotel, en la zona hay otros con mejores y más modernas instalaciones y mejor comida.

Imposible dormir/descansar con tanto ruido que se mete de la calle; no está insonorizado. Los blackouts de las ventanas no son totales por lo que nunca encuentras oscuridad.

A complete nightmare.
On the first night, when I opened the bed, the sheets had a lot of hair, makeup stains, and other marks. I asked for them to be changed.
It was cold, and the air conditioning/heating system didn’t work. I had to ask for a blanket since the bed only had a sheet and a thin cover. The blanket they gave me was small and not enough. I spent two nights feeling cold.
On top of that, the hair dryer doesn’t work, and the noise from the adjacent rooms is extremely loud.
Definitely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Todo muy bien solo el tema del estacionamiento se quedan los coches en un terreno sin pavimentar ( pura tierra ) y si llegas tarde no hay quien reciba tu coche y lo tiene uno personalmente que llevar .

Old rooms not matched with the pictures posted on internet.
The Parking is a mess some metalic structures used to park the cars which complicates a simple task.
Missing steps to conect to wifi in the guideline given.
The parking lot in the back side not what I expected to park my car. ( dusty place)
