The room was clean but has not toiletries and I asked for it and the lady at the front desk told me that they have problems eitht he provider and there is no soap available nor shower gel. The property's maintenance is not adequate and the tv channels are in English language what is not correct because we are in Mexico and I asked to correct it and the technician told me that is noy possible, so I had no soap, no tv and no good property maintenance.

Definitely a great hotel, I will be staying there again.

El personal hizo que la estancia estuviera mucho mejor. Pero cuando llegamos nos dieron un habitación que estaba muy incómoda. Olía mucho a moho y a humedad. Olía como si no la hubieran ventilado hace mucho. No estaba muy limpia. Pedimos que nos cambien y así fue. La otra habitación estuvo mejor. Sin embargo las instalaciones dejan mucho que decir. Él estacionamiento es pequeño. El lobby no está en PB está en un piso 1z los botones del ascensor no funcionan bien o no hay. La puerta de la habitación estaba mal funcionando. Las almohadas no son cómodas. El personal el staff la comida si de primera ! Excelente. Hay horarios pero manejables .

Everythomf was great, but the people are excelent. Just the ironing machine was not there.

Old rooms not matched with the pictures posted on internet. The Parking is a mess some metalic structures used to park the cars which complicates a simple task. Missing steps to conect to wifi in the guideline given. The parking lot in the back side not what I expected to park my car. ( dusty place)

Cold nights and no heater. The suite was poor and very noisy. The windows do not lower the street noise.

No refrigerator in room. Towel service did not include wash rags

Room walls aren't the greatest. My neighbor had music going. -- white noise machine works wonders though. Overall not too far from downtown and Texas Road House. Their system was down to make keys and properly check reservations. Had to wait 45 minutes to get into my room.

Room was good and clean, however, they only left coffee the first day, when i called to requeat more for the rest of the stay, they said they had no more. No bottle of waters in the room and I had to go on the hallway to get water from a machine. They only had half of a toilet paper roll and only put a new one last when i was about to leave. Towels were old, and only the day before i left, they out a decent towel.

checkin was a nightmare. Only one person, a very disorganized group and had to wait for a long time for a 3 minute checkin.

Excellent

Breakfast is not having much options and there was no identification for dish also. Lot of mosquitoes are roaming around the counters also. 2nd day one dish was supposed to be sweet as day 1 but it was sour. They simply removed the dish with no replacement. Also order pasta and pizza that also not up to the mark of Domino’s Make a written complaint at reception during checkout. Hope they will improve
