隔音不是很好

網路速度快, 收訊好 房間大, 浴室提供的盥洗用品好用~ 廚房沒有廚具(美中不足) 房間很漂亮~ 雖然在大馬路旁, 必免不了吵雜 飯店搭配的計程車服務價格昂貴 服務人員態度親切, 熱心幫忙 早餐有變化，選擇很多~~早餐很好吃! 機場接送機服務, 飯店的系統沒有很方便~發生訂不到車,或是忘記派車 附近離逛街的地方很近, 很方便~

The room is clean but small, lots of noise from the elevator and service door all night, the location is amazing and staff is friendly and fast

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast staff were delightful.

Muy bien

Didn't think the AC would be strong enough cuz of strength but damn I'm at night I had to get up and turn it off... Room was clean and beds comfy. Restroom was small but I will say was pleasing to the eye and hot water was consistent. Staff was friendly and getting to everywhere I needed to go from here was simple and easy. The OXXO being literally next door was Soo convenient and honestly a god send. Would come again.

Muy cómodo

Construction works on the process... however, if you get a room in a lower level, you will be far away from all that noise. The hotel stuff is amazing and helpful, great location

The hotel is in a really good spot, the staff is amazing, however, they are doing some construction to expand the hotel, so, I had to ask to me moved to a lower floor to avoid the hammering noises... the staff was super helpful and they did their best to make sure I was confortable.

Me pareció una excelente y conveniente estancia. La ubicación en lo personas me pareció magnífica, se puede caminar a muchos lugares agradables de la ciudad. Las instalaciones están en excelentes condiciones. Lo reconmiendo sin duda

Muy bien ubicado, Están remodelando partes lo que hará que quede muy bien. El desayuno es completo, súper basto y muy mexicano. Nada de continental. Excelente

The hotel was conveniently located near several places to shop and eat. It was clean and had kitchen equipment available, which made it easy to prepare something if needed. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, since it wasn’t very varied and it was the same every day.

En estos momentos se encuentra en remodelación y esto merma la limpieza del lugar, al menos el polvo si se nota en los pisos de la habitación. El primer día la atención al llegar no fue la mejor, lo primero que quería era estacionarme por qué estaba estacionado sobre la calle frente al hotel , mi esposa bajo a preguntar y antes de brindarle apoyo para estacionarnos, quisieron serciorarse que estábamos hospedados, a pesar de darles referencias de mis datos para buscar la reservación, batallaron para encontrarla. El acceso al estacionamiento es reducido y la persona que me recibió , me oriento a como realizarlo sin golpear mi camioneta, pero se le notaba molesta por no acatar al pie de la letra sus instrucciones. Fuera de ello la ubicación es excelente para muchas amenidades.

Cama muy cómoda, sábanas y cobijas de buena calidad, el agua caliente en la ducha funciona muy bien, en recepción todos muy amables menos una chica que está en el día, bastante mala clase. No le doy 5 estrellas porque el desayuno deberías ser más variado, al menos ofrecer pan o galletas, no todos queremos chilaquiles para el desayuno.

Tengo varios años usando este hotel en mi estancia en Ciudad de México. Nunca había tenido problema alguno, pero esta última vez no fue del todo satisfactorio. El Hotel se encuentra en ampliación con un edificio nuevo que se construye al lado del original. Desafortunadamente esto tiene consecuencias para el huésped, ya que el Hotel nunca ha parado de funcionar. Mi habitación estaba llena de polvo y había mezcla seca en diferentes partes de la habitación. En general, estaba llena de polvo. Se pidió amablemente que se limpiara de nuevo lo cual el Hotel accedió a hacer pero al siguiente día igual la limpieza fue deficiente y hay mucho ruido por la construcción. Por este año creo que no me volvería a quedar aquí hasta ver que ya terminó la construcción, por eso la calificación.
