La comida estaba muy rica, la atencion fueron amables, el lugar estaba limpio, facil, accesible ademas la zona muy buena zona, el personal de limpieza muy accesible con las horas, muy respobsable y no hubo ningun robo lo recomiendo bastante el lugar

Overall, we were very pleased with the hotel's location, cleanliness, and customer service. The reason I gave it four stars is that the complimentary breakfast was quite poor. We tried it twice, hoping the first time was just a fluke, but the second experience was even worse. It's a shame because the restaurant area is beautiful. Despite the breakfast issue, I would still highly recommend staying here, just be aware that you won’t be saving money on breakfast.

I had high hopes for this property but it fell below my expectations. To start, I arrived 1.5 hours before 3pm check in and was informed I had to pay $300 MXN in order to be checked in, even though my room was ready. The hotel appeared very empty so not sure why they would charge. Nonetheless I paid. I had a room with a sofa and kitchenette…the issue was that there were no pots or pans to be able to utilize the kitchenette. The room I was given faced another building. If the hotel is nearly empty, why not give me a room facing the street (better view)?! The location of the hotel was good. Breakfast was average. I ordered eggs with ham and only received scrambled eggs. I would’ve sent it back but didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. Overall, I would say this is not a 3 star hotel. More like 2. Think more like Motel 6 instead of Hampton Inn. (just my honest review, which I rarely give)

The air conditioning worked perfectly. As for the cooking subject, my room type did not have a kitchenette but a microwave and a fridge

Es un hotel 3 estrellas, de habitaciones amplias y comodas. Podria mejorar la atebcion del restaurat porque solo atendían hasta el almuerzo. Esta sobre una avenida, por lo que puede ser un poco ruidoso. A.pear de estos dos elementos no del.todo satisfactorio, es un buen hotel y esta cerca de varios puntos de inyeres turistico. Calidad vs precio= Correcto.

The room was spacious and clean, rhe bed was comfortable and the included breakfast was adecuate but limited to a very few items. The hotel was located very close to restaurants, convenience stores and the area was safe as well. The room's wifi connection was slow and kept disconnecting constantly everyday, making it impossible to watch tv or movies on the available smart TV. There is no soundproofing n the room so I could hear every noise from the street as well as the other rooms above and beside mine.

La ducha no estaba muy caliente

La mejor opción en la CDMX sin duda, extraordinario precio, extraordinaria ubicación, el desayuno está muy bien, con la remodelación quedo excelente, la limpieza increíble, solo que sí hace bastante ruido, es un hotel de negocios y como tal esperan que estés despierto temprano porque sí hay mucho ruido, pero está bien porque así aprovechas el día.

The room is clean but small, lots of noise from the elevator and service door all night, the location is amazing and staff is friendly and fast

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast staff were delightful.

Didn't think the AC would be strong enough cuz of strength but damn I'm at night I had to get up and turn it off... Room was clean and beds comfy. Restroom was small but I will say was pleasing to the eye and hot water was consistent. Staff was friendly and getting to everywhere I needed to go from here was simple and easy. The OXXO being literally next door was Soo convenient and honestly a god send. Would come again.

The hotel was conveniently located near several places to shop and eat. It was clean and had kitchen equipment available, which made it easy to prepare something if needed. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, since it wasn’t very varied and it was the same every day.

The room was clean and staff at the breakfast is excellent. We asked for an extra blanket at the front desk 3 times but they never sent it. Next day, we saw a cleaning lady and asked for a blanket. She sent it to us right away.

Property is under construction, doors and walls are paper thin. Could hear them at 7AM starting work everyday. Very poor construction of the shower, it leaked everywhere. Not enough towels provided to be able to clean it up. You have to request breakfast vouchers every single day, front desk didn’t even look at me when requesting. When redeeming the ‘breakfast buffet’, had the option of one pancake or cereal, fruit or jello, scrambled eggs or chilaquiles. That was the menu everyday. Cleaning staff was very friendly, location is great with many restaurant options close by. As is metro stop ‘Insurgentes’ is just a five minute walk, Angel de Independencia is a seven minute walk. A central area for sightseeing pickups.

The stay was very nice! Suites concept, spacious rooms with all the amenities and included a light continental breakfast too. The stuff at front desk was very friendly amd professional, and front desk agent, Martin, who helped us was great! Located just 5-6 min walk Angel de Independencia, 10 min walk to Parque Mexico y Parque Espania. Tucked between 3 nicest neighborhoods of Roma Norte, where this hotel is, Reforma and Condesa, which is very trendy with shops, bars and restaurants. Overall great experience!

Good rooms, nice views, just gets a little cold at night. No heaters, so be prepared. Other than that, would stay here again.
