Sinceramente no volvería. Lo platicamos con el gerente ahí mismo pero nos vamos con un muy mal sabor de boca pensando que era un hotel con calidad en el servicio y recibiendo todo lo contrario. No agendaron bien la reservación en el spa a pesar de haber hecho llamadas de confirmación con tiempo, nunca nos llevaron plancha a la habitación, no dejaban pasar a la maquillista y peinadora, no les permitían ingresar ni siquiera al estacionamiento a pesar de que se les avisó que irían. Subimos a la alberca, 3 llamadas y 1 hora después subieron a tomarnos el pedido.

Good location…Staff at front desk useless. Room inadequate for a deluxe room. Only 1 chair to sitting. A/C impossible to control and room was freezing. Had to request several times for thermostat to be fixed and adjusted to a proper temperature. Very disappointed especially since there are several boutique hotels nearby with better service, better amenities and less expensive.

Ce fut un hotel remarquable durant les années 2010... c'est maintenant une tristesse.

La habitación de buen tamaño, solo la colcha estaba manchada El personal regular hable un día antes y pregunte si podía ir antes del check in a la alberca y me dijo que si, y cuando llegue resulta que la alberca estaba cerrada por remodelación

Habitación muy linda en su diseño pero poco funcional. Muy obscura, el lavamanos lejos del baño, y falta de cajonera para guardar la ropa

think Goth Aloft. Interesting architecture and art. Unique although not practical or comfortable compared to more mainstream hotels. Definitely a no if you have kids, pets or disabilities.

The rooms are nice. The staff is lazy. They don’t respond when asked for something. The rooms don’t have hair dryers or Irons. You must call down for them and the wait take forever!

This was truly one of the worst hotels and stays I have ever dealt with. Upon arrival we were notified that we indeed did not have individual rooms for our close friend's wedding weekend. They ended up putting me and a friend in the same hotel room at no discount. The room had 0 windows and was dark essentially the entirety of our stay, the hotel is not as described and the staff is AWFUL.

La atención fue espectacular

I arrived late at night and was told my room category was overbooked and I would be moved to "bungalows" at a different hotel location, and they would be transporting me via golf carts there and back everyday even though they had other rooms available. I hear this happens there a lot. I was on the phone with expedia for hours trying to explain but no one would help. They finally were able to move things around but the room I stayed in was NOT five stars quality as advertised.

Trendy boutique hotel, Clean room , modern , Good location

Nos cobraron snacks que no venía el precio o agua si lo incluía o no, al final nos cargaron lo que ellos dijeron incluso unas galletas que no comimos pero ya no está los allí para aclarar

La alberca está deliciosa, súper calientita, estuvimos ahí todo el día hasta la noche y los disfrutamos mucho. Ahí te llevan el servicio de comida y bebidas y la terraza tiene una vista muy linda
