think Goth Aloft. Interesting architecture and art. Unique although not practical or comfortable compared to more mainstream hotels. Definitely a no if you have kids, pets or disabilities.

The rooms are nice. The staff is lazy. They don’t respond when asked for something. The rooms don’t have hair dryers or Irons. You must call down for them and the wait take forever!

This was truly one of the worst hotels and stays I have ever dealt with. Upon arrival we were notified that we indeed did not have individual rooms for our close friend's wedding weekend. They ended up putting me and a friend in the same hotel room at no discount. The room had 0 windows and was dark essentially the entirety of our stay, the hotel is not as described and the staff is AWFUL.

La atención fue espectacular

I arrived late at night and was told my room category was overbooked and I would be moved to "bungalows" at a different hotel location, and they would be transporting me via golf carts there and back everyday even though they had other rooms available. I hear this happens there a lot. I was on the phone with expedia for hours trying to explain but no one would help. They finally were able to move things around but the room I stayed in was NOT five stars quality as advertised.

Nos cobraron snacks que no venía el precio o agua si lo incluía o no, al final nos cargaron lo que ellos dijeron incluso unas galletas que no comimos pero ya no está los allí para aclarar

La alberca está deliciosa, súper calientita, estuvimos ahí todo el día hasta la noche y los disfrutamos mucho. Ahí te llevan el servicio de comida y bebidas y la terraza tiene una vista muy linda

It’s clean but the bathrooms are awkward and no mini fridge

Muchas cosas son vintage pero algunas están en deterioro, el servicio es medio a malo

The hotel is in an excellent location, just a couple of blocks from Ave Chapultepec, where many restaurants, bars, and convenience stores are located. The staff was very accommodating, speaking enough English to have a decent conversation. Our room was nice and spacious, overlooking the street. Our bed was comfortable; however, it had a noticeable dip in it. The shower had an extremely slow drain, to the point where water flowed into the area where the sinks are located. We told the front desk, and someone was supposedly sent up to fix it, but it continued to happen throughout our stay. Also, one of the sinks never got hot water. I saw some people complain about their room not having enough outlets, but that was not an issue in our room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but some of the issues we had left more to be desired.

Todo maravilloso

Check-in started off a little rocky, something about another property near by... I don't know but, the manager was great and got it figured out for us. I ended up in a lovely room that was everything I wanted for my birthday celebration. The decor, service, and amenities were just what I expected: artsy, minimal, and each room uniquely curated. Beds were very comfy, no issues with the wifi, and all of the food and drink items we tried were fresh and well-prepared from breakfast in the lobby-adjacent restaurant to small bites delivered to the pool. Location was great, easy to navigate, and central to so many things we wanted to do in Guadalajara.

Super bien !!

A group of us stayed at Hotel Dementia for a friend’s birthday and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel was well designed and each room was decorated with individual intention. I loved that it seems as if a lot of the decor was reclaimed or repurposed items. I also liked that even though the staff said the hotel was packed, we rarely encountered other guests which made our stay very calm and serene. The staff was super attentive to our needs and very helpful. I would definitely recommend.
