You can't beat the location, everything is walking distance. The staff is so friendly! The room was ok, it just needs updating and maintenance. But due to the good pricing and location, I'd definitely stay here again!

Adequate for a budget friendly accomodation. Nothing special but nothing bad. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and always pleasant. The bell hop man was friendly and conversational. I like my room cold and thankfully at night, the air conditioning made it happen. Parking was super easy and provided by the hotel below the building. Everything was safe and best of all, no all-night loud noises even though I stayed in a room on the busy street side.

Clean and quiet

Buena experiencia en general. El estacionamiento está antes de la entrada principal, así que vale la pena estar atento para no pasarlo —le faltan señalizaciones claras, pero es amplio y funcional. El personal fue muy atento, especialmente el caddy que me acompañó a la habitación con una actitud cálida y amable. Se agradece ese tipo de trato. Las habitaciones se sienten un poco viejas, aunque no descuidadas. El hotel ya muestra su edad, pero todo estaba limpio y en orden. El desayuno incluido fue básico pero cumplidor, y la ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica. Eso sí, el precio me pareció elevado para lo que ofrece, quizá por temporada alta, pero hay opciones más nuevas por el mismo costo.

Hotel looks nice,classic but need fixing. I really love that you can see the Cathedral from the room balcony. The only downside is toilet doesn’t flash good and always have a problem.

Excelente relación costo, lo único es que nos tocó habitación con mucha humedad y lavabo con detalles por reparar, de ahí en fuera todo excelente, desayuno de restaurante muy rico y bufete

Mal olor de las habitaciones se salta el agua de los baños y luego me querían cobrar una cantidad siendo k ya había pagado las 3 habitaciones y tuve k hacer una carta para poder salí del hotel

Creo que deberian ir renovando poco a poco sus habitaciones, estan muy viejos los baños, los colchones muy viejos, incluso las toallas y ropa de cama, es un hotel muy bien ubicado y de gran historia, no dejen caer este gran hotel, poco a poco ir renovandolo.
